Nevermind
Youre wasting the spine meat. Cleaver them in 4 pieces and make chowder. Save a bunch of the cuice after straining bones and chopped veggies. Put that liquid in sealed tupperware containers and refrigerate. It turns to gelatin, retaining all the herb seasoning. If you get good sized sheephead, scale and gut, then spoon on some gelatin while broiling on foil in oven. The gelatin liquifies immediately and can be respoomed over your cooking fish, as needed. A good snook or Red skeleton makes great chowder as would large headfish. Gill less heads work too. A Cuban will kill for a good grouper or Snook carcass.

If I had seen this video a year ago when you posted it. I would have said it's a ugly baby vulture egret crossbreed you never heard of. Super quick evolution. . Cmon man! You know. baby delivery. Not ugly buzzard head like your baby said. it's a natural Florida bird certain times of year. Some places in Florida they live here year round. It's a stork! I'm sure many people have told you by now so why am I commenting. wont be commenting anymore.

Huh, just Fillet and Fried flounder wouldv'e been better and less work, scaling a fish is dirty work! But that fishing spot is awesome and don't have too buy a 40K boat.

I believe there is some soft and tender meat near the eyes of the flounders which is considered as a delicacy.
Correct me I am wrong.
