In this 2-part series we're heading way off the grid into jaguar country 20 miles from Los Buzos Resort to do some fishing and living off the land and sea. We didn't bring much food at all, so it will be up to us to harvest fish, wild produce and more to feed ourselves. We're exploring both land and sea, and the kayak fishing is on fire. This is the ultimate survival challenge, and we are thriving!

those are actually pretty good sized flag cabrilla. Their meat is like grouper meat it's very white and good. They're just small so you need a lot to feed all those guys.
