Fishing for Invasive Northern Snakehead (1 of 4) Field Trips Virginia Anubhav: Nice video sir, I'm from india I too catch snakehead here and go weekly 3 to 4 times. I have Abu Garcia black max casting reel. Sir this reel is not so smooth as it was new after 2 to 4month its retrive is not so smooth so I do oiling and greasing but still not getting that smooth. Can you tell me why so what is the problem with my black max reel. Is this same problem you too face. What is the solution to achieve smooth retrieve on casting reel. Plz suggest me.

Dont know where you have been but these suckers (snake heads) kill native game fish and when they wipe out the food source in the lake they are in they will WALK across LAND, breathing air, to the next lake/pond/river/creek to destroy the animal life in it and then move on like an alien life form from another planet

Snakehead meat is better than chicken. Very popular among the Southeast Asians community. We snag them when they come and breathe air using 3 ring hooks. Its very delicious. Chain Bridge is where we snag them. They rarely bite; we just snag them.

couldn't you think of a better way of putting that fish out of misery rather than hit 5 times on it's head with a heavy metal object? Also your friend made it clear that that species lives 4 days outside water

Snake game is a very good fish! it's all a hoax that she destroys all the fish! all fish are destroyed by Pike, I saw many lakes where snakes were, found and everything was fine with the ecosystem!

Following this series with great interest. They are such a beautiful fish! I don't see how they cannot negatively affect an ecosystem but I am open to learning for sure.

My dad told me to stomp hard on their skulls and toss them in the weeds so its confusing to me why they let the invasive species go freely in our waters

I live on Belmont bay just north of the aquia, we don't let any head's back, it's actually against the law to do it. They are good eating though
