This design is incredibly intriguing. I would love for someone to copy it and make it perform well. I'm left wondering how much air is the fan actually moving. Could it be that a standard fan at the very bottom pushing air down would pull more air through the fins? The top would be covered, of course.
Or they could have kept the overall profile of the cooler, but have a standard fan in the middle pushing air horizontally across the heatpipes. Basically, the fan would be inside and you could not see it, but it would work more like a traditional cooler. This would allow them to drastically increase the surface area of those fins.

This could be interesting if someone made a custom case, where this cooler would poke through a hole in the side panel, which would be at a level of the bottom cooler fin. This way you'd have this cooler getting fresh air from outside the case and blowing it then over VRM, RAM etc. also mitigaing the issue with hot air recirculation that it is undoubtably facing. This, on a CPU with integrated GPU, on an ITX MB and some tiny PSU would make a very small, unique-looking PC for light workloads...

I do love unique coolers. That's why i bought a 9900 max (no am4 bracket sadly + the fan died) back in the day, then a G100M recently. The latter was utter trash, even for a stock ryzen 3600 ( the stock cooler was actually at least 7 degrees lower). So i was eyeing this one for a while. Ultimately i decided against buying it. Mainly because once the fan dies, you can throw it out. They aren't selling replacement fans for it. This is the problem with unique coolers.

Love these review of more unique products even when performance is lacking. Your Pinkflow AIO review actually inspired my current build using the pinkflow 360, the n7 b550, a ftw3 ultra 3080 I painted white pink and blue, all in a Fractal Define 7 I also painted pink white and blue. Definitely form before function but I am looking into modding the front panel for airflow.

Hrmni really like the backplate design . Same as my evo 2 it looks like i was of the understanding the evo 2 coolermaster was a good cheap air solution on my 1155 upgrade from 3550p to 3770. Its n old build but i figured vid card nd power supply and cheap better cpu for old board was the was theway to go for ow as imjust casual gsmer but like quality.

Cheap coolers that light up in pretty colours are great for kid's Roblox/Slime rancher/Minecraft boxes. Performance at or better than a standard cooler is all that's needed. The COOLMOON UFO has been my go-to when building for kids, for less than US 10 it looks the part and is similar in performance to the Intel stock cooler with the copper slug.

ahahahah I bought that cooler 10 months ago ... did you noticed that your whole PC and your whole Desk starts to Vibrating? ... I wouldnt recommend that cooler because of that Vibrating ... otherwise it would be a good cooler
(I dont use it anymore, just tested it 1 week or sth)
btw The cooler was 5 cheaper 10 months ago

I think that for the aesthetics it's an interesting cooler. It's nice to see different ideas, and I'm sure it's worth it to some people.
I know I keep banging on about it, but I'm really hoping to see the Arctic 34 eSports Duo. From my experience it's worth testing, and I'm certain it'll be good watching.

Liked this. Anything different deserves a review.
I'd like to see a review with your data sets of the Vetro cooler Jay reviewed a while back. I bought it and it's done great for me too, but I'd love an apples to apples comparison, especially at it's price point.

Is it possible to lap the surface to achieve better pressure coverage? Naturally this might not be possible for an end user, but I'm interested to see how much of a difference it makes. If you've already done this in another video, I'd like to know.
