Hi Kevin, I always encounter problem in assigning co-host when the breakout rooms were already done. I am hosting Zoom meetings for few months already and have always encounter problem in assigning a speaker to be a co-host when the breakout rooms were already done or when the meeting is already ongoing and here comes the speaker, maybe 15 minutes later after the meeting have started. And the speaker wants to control his presentations and I need to make him a co-host but found out that I have no longer an option to make the speaker the co-host? Why is that? Please help and advise me what is wrong. By the way, I can assign co-host and I can do it before the breakout rooms were done. Thank you very much

Hi Kevin, Thank you so much!! I love all of your videos, they have been extremely useful! I have been teaching via Zoom for some time now and have a request. Would you please make a video on how to add and present polling questions? I want to have polling questions saved in my meeting beforehand so I don't waste time. Most importantly, how can I have questions spread out in my power point presentations? Do I need to upload several CSV files with one question in each and then launch one every time I need my students to wake up:). I am very confused and could not find specific info in Zoom help. Thanks again!!

Thanks for this video, it's one of the most-helpful ones I've found! Followup question: When pre-assigning breakout rooms, is it possible to only pre-assign some participants (say, my team leads for each breakout room) and then will Zoom randomly automatically assign everyone else to join them based on my preferred room size? Thanks!

I-m having a disastrous start of term as the -self-select- break out feature is only working for some of my students. I have no idea what they are supposed to click-on when I launch the rooms so it is difficult to advise them. I was hoping this feature would be fully covered in this video. Can anybody help?

Thanks for this tutorial. It has really helped me. What about when the person calls through and joins the meeting by telephone call and not the Zoom app itself? Can they also join the breakout room? How do they exit the room and rejoin the main session? Is it the same as using the App?

OMG KEVIN! Loved the video but ----we all can see your passwords (etc.) onscreen---- in your Zoom settings. I sure hope you changed your passwords since you uploaded this video. (I tried to find an email address so I didn't post this in public, but oh well, no luck.)

Thanks Kevin, I've enjoyed your tutorial. You speak very clearly and your 'pace' is great. I'd love to watch some of your 365 training. Can you tell me more about that? I have the Mac version. I'm interested in doing a mac basic course too. Is this something you do?

Hi Kevin, when you create breakout rooms, is it mandatory that you assign people to them. Can the participants just wander to any room at any time they like without the host(s) moving them or assigning them?

Kevin, this is an excellent video. Your explanation is so good and clearly, you have in mind someone who is doing the task for the first time.
