On the off chance you read this - I have -system interrupts- that spike my CPU to 100% for a few seconds, its not a hardware issue, and it happens whether I am using an app or at idle. It is making games that only use 30% of my CPU and maybe 70% of my GPU stutter, making them unplayable... looked everywhere, tried everything, nothing works. HELP!

im having an issue where it doesnt matter what i do but my cpu forces 100% cpu usage it keeps bouncing programs higher then lower on the usage ....never has this happened before until updating my cpu...
