For all those that keep saying this is not working, open notepad and type some numbers on the numeric keypad ... you can test the numberpad is working properly (e.g. numlock is on) as you can see the numbers typing in notepad. If you have a keyboard without a numberpad, use the windows on-screen keyboard (you have to enable numberpad in options), or borrow a USB keyboard with one to do this. I can confirm this works on Windows 10 latest 1909 build. Good luck!
