Thanks for the information, I am going to reseting my pc, but i wonder. in windows old, spesifically, what folder & file contained? Does it includes all files from folder named -user- or just some file?

Using the command prompt syntax shown above returns -Directory not empty- - even if you go to the subdirectory and try it there. I've yet to come up with a solution to this

Thank you so much! What if i reset my pc and the windows.old is deleted. what version that automaticaly installed? The old? or the newer apdate? Please help my mind to think
