Getting Started With Microsoft Word Tutorial For Beginners - Lesson 3 - The Teacher
In this Microsoft Word 2019 Tutorial video, we will talk about the basic fundamentals things that you should consider in mind during writing inside a word document. Not only in Word but also in other drafting applications like Wordpad, you can follow the techniques of typing.
- Introduction to Microsoft Word
1. The video will begin with a typed document where we will count all the contents using the Word Count feature from the Review tab and I will explain in depth that how Microsoft Word actually counts the Lines and Paragraphs. We will also take a look into the Readability Stats of a document.
2. Then we will discuss the Paragraph Marks to explain to you the counting method that Word use. When Turned On; Paragraph Marks helps you to identify the difference between a Paragraph and a Line. Not only that you can also see other marks like Spaces, Tabs, Hidden Text, etc. You will also learn the Customize the Paragraph Marks option from the Options windows.
3. We will also configure one of the Auto Correct options during typing and you will get to know that how and why Microsoft Word automatically capitalizes the first letter of a sentence. Along with that, you will also get to know about Superscripted text (Ordinals like 1st, 2nd, 3rd...)
