Map a VM's Virtual Disk to your Host in VMware Workstation - OnlineComputerTips
VMware Workstation allows you to map a drive from your host computer to a hard drive on your virtual machines so you can access the files from that VM directly from your host computer. The VM will need to be powered off to do so but there are two ways you can perform this mapping.
You can also enable shared folders to access files between your host and virtual machines as an alternate method.
