I have a GTX 1070, and my game is capped at 75 frames, and over time it fluctuates between 75 to 55, I don't understand why it even does that, for 10 seconds it's at 75 frames, then for the rest of the game it's at 45 frames. It's so annoying

I did everything but without the files ( so only system settings) and already I could see an improvement not in fps cuz i had around 60 but in lag spikes, i have a lot less now. :)

Followed tutorial and now games crashes every time I try to join server, looking for help if you could(already reinstalled the game and doesnt help)

fixed alot more then my potatoes rust capabilities thanks. had to change start up code from d3d9 to d3d11 or it was giving me an error on start up
