anybody know why i only get 60-80 fps on low setting but on 100% with my 1050 ti 4gb on 4-3 1024x768 and i also get about the same frame rates with 1920x1080 plzzz help

YOU RUINED MY GRAPHICS CARD. Thanks a lot... It is not able to be detected which leads me to believe your tips killed it.
