please someone answer my question. I followed everything however, I can't get the motion effect to work. Neither the scrolling effect nor the mouse effects are available. I have tried everything !!!!!!

Is this only on Elementor pro? When I go to motion effects it doesn't give me the same options. I just have one drop down box with different options like -fade in- and -Fade out- Ect....

Nice work ! but i guess the scrolling effect is only availbale in Elementor Pro version as i dont see any in my free version of it. Kindly instruct how to get it without using money .
