Dear Sir,
express service code 8954316434, service tag 44362S2, dell 7572 online purchase.
IPS display is having glow zones and back-light bleed areas, display bezel sticking is coming off at left lower area( not a big issue but shows poor workmanship. keyboard is flimsy, no number pad and plastic layer surrounding keyboard is cheap looking and finger print magnet, speakers are very flat and distort at full volume, touch-pad tactile feel is poor, webcam position at bottom most place is disappointment, lastly I am unable to post genuine review in dell website.
I understand that dell display repair policy only qualifies for 150 lumen ambient light office area, not for dimly lit homes. This poor quality display is justified by above policy. This is misleading as it was never mentioned in fine text at time of sale.
I will never buy any dell product in future and will advice everyone i come across to not buy these products and show them my product.
This mail is not about customer service, this is about poor build and low quality, high price and policy justifying the same.
You may be able to replace or repair the product but waste of time for consumer anyway.
Also I found out that replacement units may have same or worse problems as manufacturing is poor, repairs are not top notch and to live with these poor quality products( courtesy you tube.

Recently purchased a 7580. My only complaint so far is how sharp the edges are where your forearms rest. I've owned many laptops and have never had a laptop so uncomfortable to simply use. If you use it on your couch, your forearms and palm is gonna be irritated AF within an hour of use. I _hate_ that aspect of the machine. Otherwise, it seems great. The fans do kick on if you're doing anything where the CPU -boosts- up from its idle 1. 8ghz to high 3's. Unlike this video, the 7580 does have a 1gbps ethernet port (as well as 1 USB-C (3. 1 gen1, 3 other USB 3. 1 ports, and HDMI 2. 0 (for 4k - 60hz.

It's probably just me, but I'd never buy a laptop without an Ethernet port. Not having one just completely destroys the sense of a portable device. And to be honest, and DVD drive would also be a really nice thing to have. I still use a lot of CDs and DVDs for various purposes. Of course it's great to have a really thin device, but I'd always trade a DVD drive for 1cm of extra thickness.

I picked up one of the 13- Inspirons and it has been thoroughly disappointing. I had to return the first one for being defective and the replacement that I was given is also faulty. I've wasted so much time with Dell Support, yet I'm no closer to having a usable computer.

Good summary, but I think it's more important to comment the CPUs or the weight instead of talking about the colours that we can already see on the video. Just a piece of advice, good video.

Wait, they said 15 7000 is 15 inches, but my 15 7000 is 15. 6 inches. what's the difference? they just don't say the. 6? is that because my one doesn't have touch screen?

I had 7586 for three days and decided to send it back. Most of my experience was trying to fix random issues that occur out of nowhere. Would not recommend.

How is the screen on these models compared to last year's? As in the color gamut?
And how is the battery life compared to last year's?
