I used my Fujitsu Lifebook 17 for 16 years. Last 10 years it was on Linux life support. 2 years ago I put an ssd in it. Its max ssd was a IDE 120GB. I bought a 100GB ssd and ide to Sata adapter that fit my laptop. I had to take the ssd board out of its case. Last month I replaced it with an LG Gram 17.

The video its not bad, but you can change name, cuz dont show exactly what is writen there! I have a laptop, with factory HDD and try to find out if he can use SSD, but i video you show only info for SSD and how to see what drive we use in this moment, not what drive we can use at all.

I installed an M. 2 SSD in my laptop last year and it ended up burning my motherboard. Now I am scared to upgrade my new laptop. Do we need to worry about insulation when installing M. 2 SSDs? All I see on YouTube is people inserting them and screwing them in.
