Panopreter Basic is high on my list of free programs. It is a TTS (text to speech) application that takes up very little space and can be learned in minutes. It will read out files in a variety of formats and can generate MP3 files from them, even for batches of files.
Once you are familiar with the program, you can take advantage of some advanced features, as many SSML (TTS XML) tags are supported, so that you can have more than one language in the same document.

I've been running a Plex server for almost a decade now and I love it. My friends, my family and myself use it on a daily basis. I did purchase the Lifetime Plex Pass years ago when it was on sale and one of the cool features I like about having it is that you get the Skip Intro and Skip Credits button on every show/movie. There are other extra things you can do but that is the most used feature for me.

I have used Blender since it used to have an almost unusable interface, it is great. I use Vscodium the de-Microsoft version of Visual Studio Code, it is great to be able to work on a web project, and switch over quickly to Python, CPP, etc and just get work done all in one IDE

The programs I would recommend are three color pickers, two for Windows and one for macOS: for Windows ColorCop and Just Color Picker (I prefer the latter because Color Cop gets inaccurate if your screen is not set on the default 100% resolution); for macOS ColorSlurp .

Brackets is awesome. I still wonder why Adobe stopped its development I m not sure it was only because of profit reasons ..well, at least they chose to let it go (making it a community-driven project)) and not turn it into one of their subscription-based programs.
