Great video, a little fun fact about Blender is that even thought been free and open source it had and still has a better renderer out of the box than Autodesk Maya and 3ds Max which cost over 5k each. Blender also has better sculpting tools than Max and Maya but since the movie industry and videogame industry stick with Max and Maya it's ignored most of the time. Other free tools I would suggest: LightWorks which is a free movie editor that has been used in many Hollywood movies, Inkscape a vector image editing software that can compete with Illustrator, DraftSight - this is a free alternative to AutoCAD available in Linux, Windows and Mac., Wings3d - Another free 3d modelling tool, it's more limited compared to Blender but is lighter on resources and the interface it's simpler which makes it a really good tool to start learning 3d modelling over the complicated Blender.

Great recommendations. I started using OpenOffice when I left corporate life and provided software behind. Changed over to LibreOffice when OpenOffice began falling behind on features and updates and haven't regretted it a bit. GREAT office software that readily handles interfacing with others who remain in Windows' suite. Haven't had any problems with documents or spreadsheets.

Hello. I have a question. Is there a free software that can help you edit videos, like most youtubers uses?? I think they use photoshop for it. I tried it once with Windows movie maker but I wasn't happy with the result. Its mostly off or not alike with the video. I can't find a good software for it either. Can you help me with en put it in your next video? Thank you so much.

Brackets' UI is much more simply and sleeker than Notepad++'s, you get plenty of advanced features without having to install dozens of plugins like in Np++ and PHP coding on it is actually very good and supported...and it's cross-platform - I've been using it as my Mac's primary editor for almost a year.

one great feature of plex plus is that you can access your home libraries with the app on mobile devices, essentially turning your home computer into a private streaming media server freeing space up on your phone by not needing to store the media files you want to take with you on it.

hi, I was recently playing around with gimp, and I had the settings 4500x5400 300 dpi, for a png when I went to press ok, it said i was at 250 mb which is huge... lol what the heck am I doing wrong? be nice ppl! I'm a novice in the biggest way!! Thanks and i hope to get an answer soon!

I stopped watching after the first minute because I run Linux and Free-BSD and don't need a C cleaner, a hideous program designed to clean up all the garbage left behind by Micro oft Windows which, potentially, has the after effect of rendering your Windows System unbootable.
