These are the best documentaries on Netflix. With so many great documentaries on the streaming service, you have plenty to choose from. One might even argue that the overall quality of their original documentaries is better than their TV shows and movies. In this video, I ll give you our picks for the Top 10 Netflix documentaries that you can watch right now. In a change from last year s video, this countdown will only focus on the original documentary films and docuseries which are exclusive to Netflix.

Fyre Fest was hilarious. Millineals have NOTHING hang thier hat on. No cools bands, they wear same clothes we wore as teenagers in early-mid 1990s, same hair style as us as teenagers in early-mid 1990s, same shoes. But zero music revolution which we had in early-mid 1990s and amazing hip hop in early-mid 1990s which millineals def dont have. What's the funniest thing bout Fyre Fest? The lineup was garbage outside Disclosure and Blink 182(even those 2 arent the best but ok.) Price they were charging.???! All the Lollapalooza's Ive been to and amazing bands I seen. Pavement, Hole, Sonic Youth, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Teenage Fan Club, Cypress Hill, Pharcyde, Tool, and so on... Spent at most? 35 for ticket. Listened to epic music, got sleep in my bed that night after show. Millineals? Maybe lamest generation ever? Nothing cool, original, or unique about them.

The Family - a must watch. If you thought Wild Wild Country was insane .... The five-part series is based on two books by Jeff Scharlet, The Family and C Street: The Fundamentalist Threat to American Democracy . This cult has completely and silently infiltrated all branches of the United States government. My only complaint is that the fifth (and last) episode strays at times from the rest of the documentary (the on-and-off discussions in a men's group in Portland seems almost completely irrelevant to the rest of the series). Other than that, I highly recommend it.

THere is a new one called Inside Bill's Brain: Decoding Bill Gates . A three part series that is most excellent. He and his wife have done so many things since leaving Microsoft. Many things that did not make the media. All so Tell Me Who I Am A MUST SEE. So emotional and provocative. For the price, you can share it with family and everything is downloadable makes all negative comments about Netflix ignorable.

Clearly, these type of media will never have documentaries about the nurse Nayirah propaganda for initiating the 1st gulf war, WMD propaganda for initiating the 2nd gulf war or about Flight 93, where a 100 ton aircraft with 40+ passengers somehow just vanished into a shithole with nothing recognizable left behind, while the shithole somehow just closed itself up on its own in seconds.

It's nearly impossible to find fault with the Our Planet documentary and David Attenborough is the epitome of natural historians but those ridiculous, unnecessary added sound effects almost completely ruin the otherwise perfect nature documentary. Even if the sound could possibly be heard, would an ant's mandibles cutting a leaf sound like someone eating a stalk of celery?

I think 'The Family' is a really important doco to watch at this time in the Trump era, especially recently when Rick Perry said He was chosen by God. in reference to Trump. Scary stuff. An insightful look at how the religious right has twisted the teachings of Christ to favour the wealthy and powerful.

It's not on Netflix but if you can watch King of Kong . It's got everything. The soft loveable good guy. The annoying, arrogant, perfect bad guy. It's got feuds, sabotage, and amazing characters It's got a tear and a laugh in it. ....You wont be dissapointed, oh yeah it also has DonkeyKong

Netflix documentaries are great and what will help set them apart from the new players coming in to the market like Disney+ HBO Max and Apple TV. Hopefully they can retain momentum against these other cash rich companies entering the streaming market.
