Women Wish You'd Do THESE Exercises More!

If you want to look jacked and be more attractive to women, then you've come to the right place. In this video, I am going to show you the only 8 muscles you need to train in order to look more muscular and increase your attractiveness. Not only that, but I am going to give you two of the best exercises for each muscle so that you know exactly what you should be doing in the gym. First up in this guide on how to look more jacked, we have the traps. This muscle, when trained properly, will give the appearance of a thicker neck and more masculinity, something women find attractive. Two exercises you can use to target this muscle to make it grow is a trap pull and a modified meadows row. When it comes to the trap pull, use a rope attached to a low-anchored pulley and use the same grip you would on a face pull. From here, shrug your traps and then pull the rope towards your neck. To perform the modified meadows row, you will need a landmine setup. Instead of simply rowing the weight like you normally would for the lats, you will again want to shrug the weight up before rowing. Similar mechanics between both exercises but both will deliver the big traps you are looking for. Next, we need to target the shoulders; more specifically, the middle delts. This gives the appearance of broader shoulders and not only that, but road, well-defined shoulders have always been considered a sign of strength and masculinity; plus, men with a higher shoulder-to-hip ratio reported having sex at an early age and with more sexual partners, according to David Perett’s book In Your Face: The New Science of Human Attraction. The two exercises I recommend for hitting those middle delts are hip huggers and a lateral raise drop set. For the hip huggers, not only will you be targeting the middle deltoids, but the rear delts as well (a muscle that often times doesn't get enough attention, but will make your shoulders stand at greater attention. Imagine pulling your pants up by the waistband - that's the motion you will be doing with dumbbells in your hand. The lateral raise drop set consists of a cheat lateral raise done to failure followed by 1. 5 rep strict lateral raises. The most important thing to remember about the cheat lateral is that you need to do your best at controlling the eccentric portion of the lift. Moving down the body, we have to look at the upper chest. As mentioned in Perett’s book, In Your Face: The New Science of Human Attraction; women prefer a man to be toned, but not brawny and bulked out to the max. You want a solid chest; not man boobs or muscle boobs that rival their own, just chiseled pecs. The best way to give this appearance is by targeting the upper chest as will create the look you are going for, especially when you are wearing well-fitting clothes. So how do we do that With two exercises: the thumbs-up incline bench press and a modified cable ucv raise. The trick of the thumbs-up incline bench press is that by performing the bench press this way, you will get more adduction of the arms towards the midline of your chest, an important and often ignored function of the pecs. With the modified cable ucv raise, you will lay on your side on a bench and press the cable straight up in the air which will be across your chest (since you are on your side. This will get more of that adduction we are seeking. We now have to address the v-taper. In a 2013 study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, back broadness accounted for over 79 percent of the variability in a woman’s perceived attraction to a man. Having a wide V-shaped back even trumped a man’s height and endowment when it came to physical attractiveness. To get that wide, v-shaped back, we need to effectively target the lats. To do that, we have the kneeling straight arm pushdown and the kneeling 1-arm pulldown. With the straight arm pushdown, you need to properly perform the exercise to remove triceps contribution. That means keeping your arms straight through the entire movement. The 1-arm pulldown requires you to try to put your elbow in your pocket for the greatest amount of contraction on the exercise. To see the rest of the muscles you need to train to look more jacked and be more attractive to women, watch to the very end of the video as there is a caveat that will make all of this easier in the long run. I have a problem with my right shoulder blade. I don't know. I've been exercising for years, but targeting the right lats is much higher than the left, and this has changed a lot in my body. I feel weak in the left chest muscle. I thought the problem was genetics, and it could be genetics, but I discovered in one of the back exercises that my left shoulder blade does not reach the required stretch. This made the ace trapezius larger than the right because all the load was on it, and this does not apply to the right. I feel that it reaches collapse well and there is no problem. I did stretching exercises that I saw. I actually felt pain in my left shoulder blade. Should I continue with these exercises or should I go to an expert Who determines these exercises

In my experience
Arms
Delts
Pecs
Glutes
Lats to some extent
Upper back
I've had many girls say they don't like bodybuilder traps, which you can easily gain or lose with barbell shrugs. But a few love them
Btw I've had multiple women say muscles don't turn them on but then in bed they admit to it.
Not saying I'm some master of women, I've been single a while, but during my teens and 20s this was it
If you have an environment where you wear shorts or tight pants then legs. But hit them anyway bcuz it'll help in many ways
But let's be real 99 percent of us do this for us not our potential partners. So do it for you.

I’m hoping this is a just a bro attempt at humor but a lot of these comments talking about money muscle or wallet being the real thing are accidentally revealing a major lack in their maturity/personality and stability.
And those mentioning the other muscle; ) but serious about it are revealing how much they don’t satisfy their partners (if ever had any) since stats show most ladies don’t finish the that muscle Alone. Well unless those guys are gay then maybe that’s correct.
Welp. Sad news for them. But hopefully they at least got good tips on this video. Maybe that will help make up for all the other lacking aspects meanwhile.

My shrugs are way heavier than this. I do have big traps but I focus on all the trap muscle angles. Including shrugs, hanging shrugs and shrugs while doing Kroc rows. Edit. I wouldn’t do press arounds lying down. I just do them standing. I didn’t see chest centric db pullovers but that widens the chest. Many of the biggest bodybuilders swore by this. My body is v tapered likely because of this but I focus more on strength. Not the way I look. It’s a guess but I think body dysmorphia happens when people obsess about the way they look and not how strong they are.

You said you wanted more of these in the gym training videos, so here you go. If you find it helpful, share it with someone else you think could benefit from the tips and tricks shown here. As a side note, I'm curious, what muscles do you think are MOST important when it comes to developing a physique that LOOKS good Leave a separate comment. Jesse is waiting for you: )

I have seen so many men with great physiques and developments in these areas.
I have never seen them doing any of these exercises, especially those that do calisthenics in the right way.
Even one of my friends has huge traps and has never ever done shrugs, let alone this type.
I have never done an ab exercise like this; I have decent ab development.

Damn, I remember Jessy at the beginning of his lifting career, that DL just made me smile nostalgically. What an absolute unit Jeff helped to create. I like Athlean-X concept of working on Project Skinny Guy turning him into advanced functional athletic powerlifter. Thank you for all those years of FREE education and inspiration. It's priceless.

I came up with an 'out to in' concept. Im working calves, forearms, neck/traps, core at least four times a week. I hit all other body parts at least 1 to 2 times a week. Im 61 and overweight. Following Jeff (and you too Jesse) for a few months now. Your videos are top notch! Where were you 40 years ago dude!

The wallet abductor is the most important muscle for attracting women, but I don't see much info on specific training. It's built through compound interest but be careful as women may cause it to atrophy over time leading men to perform isolation movements which at best preserve what little tissue may remain.

Speaking as a woman working out 6 days a week in the gym, pls let guys who only work their upper body, has no butt and only chicken legs know that they look like SpongeBob and they are not hot. Just the motivation of only working out to look hot is so vain it’s actually a turnoff in itself

How come I've never seen many of these before, despite watching many of Jeff's videos The human body is a finite thing with a finite number of motions -- despite the insatiable appetite of social media for new, new, new stuff. I'm gonna mostly stick with my routine, thanks anyway.

One and a half reps is the best thing since sliced bread. Not only to finish off supersets, but also you are coming from an injury or if you wan to work muscles in the extended part of a repetition where there is a greater injury risk if you are using a heavy load!

As a 70 yo guy, I think women key in on my traps and delts (mainly delts.
They spot me from a mile away and position themselves into my line of sight.
I don't have a six-pack at all so I don't think they care too much about that.
They want muscles.

What would you recommend for someone with sublexed wrists. As a result, I can't lift a bunch of weight, even though I can lift the weight, my wrists prevent me from lifting heavier. I also can't lift my hands up due to the sublexion
reply

It kinda feels as if my hips are wide when you look in front as wide as the shoulders i think. I'm not fat. not even skinny fat. im kinda skinny muscular. why is this
Obliques lacking
Abs not good enough

reply

I had strong and well developed forearms from doing heavy weighted chin ups, as well as going as heavy on deadlifts before I put on wrist straps. Doing those 2 exercises, resulted in really strong forearms.

Yo am I a idiot and can't find it or is he not giving out 90 day workout to a couple lucky ppl that are at his videos in the first hour. I use to see it. Never won but I don't see the link anymore.

Hey Athlean X, could you do a video like this but only with dumbbells I cant afford a gym membership but I have a pair of dumbbells at home and that’s all I ever use it would be so helpful! Thank you
reply

guys, stop pleasing women. work out because of the sports you are into, not because of what women want. and what women really want is your big big wallet. stop simping. have a great day everyone!
