I wish I could do this but any lying lower ab exercise cause rectal bleeding. I have anismus and it causes internal hemmoroids to flare up if I do this. When I stay away from. squats and push ups I can still work out no bleeding. I can do standing Ab exercises. I just have to be careful. Sucks.
Still I do what I can and have lost 4 and half stone in 7 months. I walk every day for an hour and a half. I lift weights 3 times per week and at 44 doing well with that, considering some health challenges. I do what I can do. I was 18 stone 10 last October and today I am 14st. I am heading for my goal weight of 12st 10.
Jeff is spot on, and diet is everything. Do not go on a diet, go on a lifestyle change that you can keep up. Be determined and you can do it.

1. Soundtrack is kinda meh
2. Counter is small, hard to see in phone from distance (the 4yesr ago video has superior one)
3. Don't really like that counter goes in ascension, was easier to rack time when it was descending because I didn't have to keep in mind how much time left
4. I would love if you would be not silent but explaining how are you doing the excersice, like what you imagine, what pay attention to etc. You could even put it on top of the sound track like youve done in 4 years ago video

My body really didn't store fat until I started taking a mass gainer shake. Now it does and it's really annoying because I used to be able to just eat whatever and not get fat and I don't believe that it's just from age because I was talking to a guy the other day he was in his seventies and he said no matter how much he eats he doesn't can't wait. So he was like me before I started taking Mass gainers

I'm 64 years old and started working out at 16. Back then, no one ever told me to engage my core whenever I did ab work so even though I still have 5 pack, it bulges a bit. Admittedly, my abs aren't as sharp as they used to be but is there a way to flatten them I can hold them in for days, but I know that once I relax, my dad bod shows.

I have done several times your 28 day ab routine on its own, one with the reps/45sec, and now, already a year or so I do it only as a warm up for my Pull and Leg days, (so basically still working abs 3-4x a week). I will change it up for this one now- to spice up my life: ) Thank you

I REALLY NEEDED THIS! I have developed a muffin top pouch or whatever thanks to being a woman and hormonal changes. I have no fat problems in any other parts of my body as I am fit. I never ever gained fat in my belly before now! Ugh I hate this! I will for sure follow this program!

I like these new series of videos out side the gym, they are encouraging, we don't need to go to the gym to make some stretching or some abs workout, we only need 10 minutes at home and something is better than nothing

I love Jeff and all but I don't get why everyone treats ab training differently than every other muscle group in the body. No one would train like that for hypertrophy gains on the chest for example. I don't get it.

Love this workout looks good for advance and beginners a like. I like how short it is, definitely a time management king. I love the floor components of this work. Is it possible you have a standing ab version too.

Long time follower, those 4 point rocking planks are no joke. Almost derailed my advanced run, but made it all the way through. Great workout, will be introducing into my nightly ab workout rotation.
