i weigh 230lbs i'm 6 ft tall and 40yrs old. im in pretty good shape, football player shape. i'm pretty muscular but i know i want to get ripped. i wanna lose about 15 to 20 pounds. what should i do to keep from being bulky? i wanna be lean. hope i made sense

Hey buddy. This would classify as an upper body workout since you need to engage all your trunk, core and arm muscles as well as chest in order to stabilize and perform this workout. Lots of bang for your buck on this one!

hey im losing cartilage in mt right shoulder it dont hurt when i work out but is there any thing i can do to stop wearing it down?
