Guys the whole idea with these videos are to burn fat and gain lean, long athletic muscle at the same time, not MAINLY build huge muscles. This does take a lot more time but hey, eventually you're gonna look like him and Reuben Duran etc, AND at least be more athletic then all your buddies who are just doing the same old routines which leaves them unable to even throw a ball.
Just sayin!

-watcher835 If your asking about waist circumfrence, thaen the only thing you should change is the intensity and weight, however, taller people and shorter people will have to adapt to excersises in which their height affects, such as a chest supported row, leg curl, and others. if your just talking about how curvy or straight your body is, than it really doesnt make a difference.

-suwidji experiment a bit, try to get a weight that you can work well with; unfortunately you cant get the same results as with a band becasue a band has the unique property of getting more or less tense as you move it, however this is an excellent move notheless and like i said before just experiment until you get a weight you can lift in good form for the reps shown.

-HyourouSen with the boomerang effect your doing the same muscle group and repeating the first exercise last, alternating weight. supersets can be any muscle group combination it's just doing one exercise after another without rest. the boomerang effect is done as a superset but a superset can be done other ways also.

-adrenaline2500 best time to do cardio is post workout, it doesnt affect you strength pre workout and if you cardio before a workout your hormone levels will also dip restricting growth, plus cardio post workout has a greater fat burning and hormonal release result than any other period

Can someone help me out. I'm currently doing the Athlean X workout. But after each workout i feel like i'm not doing enough. Can i do the Athlean X workout and other workouts afterwards to benefit me more or will it have a negative effect? Any feedback please.

-suwidji oh ok, yeah you cant do the move unless you get the bands because no weight machine has stretch resitance as you move it, the properties of bands are unique and its almost impossible to duplicate them you can buy the bands at his website though

my trainer always told me that while doing back exercise like the -rowing' thing with the rubber bands or any machine, i should keep my elbows to the level of my shoulders at all time.
is it really correct or no?

You probably Said but I can't seem to find it. How many reps are we doing with the exercise that's not pushing the limits. Ex. The curls for biceps with the band. How many times are we suppose to do that?

I've got a weak back and it is in constant pain. Is there an exercise I can do to build and strengthen my lower back muscle and abdominals without injuring myself?
Would really appreciate good advice
