-Jakobguldager to build muscle you need to tear it. Going light and high reps is pretty much just cardio, and it's not even good cardio at that. Going high weight and low reps doesn't keep the muscle under enough tension long enough to tear it, it's more for strength gains (lift heavier) rather then weight gains (getting bigger. Most people go for 10 reps for 4 sets, to borderline failure without compromising form, every set.

Too Bad I still have another 8 beers left out of my 18pck and I don't want them to go to waste! Sound familiar anyone? Actually I am on His program and last year I went from 198lbs down to 170lbs, So Yeah it does work but You have to be Motivated and have self control!

-damthatriver09 losing fat is a whole body thing, u cant target a place to lose fat, for e. g. doing crunches wont make u lose fat around ur stomach: its the right diet, and your workouts as a whole that make u burn fat. AthleanX helps u with your diet as well as your training with what Jeff calls Athlean Burst Training.

an easier method: make sure you tighten your core for every rep, for every exercise. It not only helps with posture, but it also helps you establish a mental habit on your workouts to make sure you keep working those abs on your lifts. besides, i feel as if i have more strength when i use this method on my lifts.

Jeff, First of all i love your intro and i cant get the guys complaining about it because the intro kinda inspires me for the rest of the video and the following workout anywayz on topic now Can u make a workout for building upper body muscle because most of the workouts r based more on losing fat.

man, those lats are awesome. how do i get them? I've been doing lat pulldowns and I'm yet to see a significant change. I've been working out since october. i don't really do wide grip pull ups yet but i do other versions of pull-ups and pulldowns. How come I'm yet to see a significant change?

Hey Jeff. Love the videos. I had a lower back injury a couple years ago from the job, and I have always been told since that you -never lift and twist at the same time. - I guess this exercise goes against that thinking. Is this one that I should not attempt with my former injury? Thanks.

it takes more than a couple of months to get a real noticeable sign, remember muscle growth isn't as fast as all these advertisements make out. Just stick at it and within 6 months you'll begin to notice an increase in muscle size: )
