From monday, I'm doing a cross-over between Eric Cresseys Maximum Strength (Mon, Wen, Fri, Sat) and Athlean X's cardio workouts (Tue/Thur. I have been going through them both and they are VERY different programs, but I am very excited abput trying to combine them: ) Both are also very succesful programs if followed correctly, not that I'm here to advertise for Cressey, since it wouldn't make much sence as they are so different.

No you don't get killer abs by lowering your body fat they just show up with less body fat!
You get killer abs by doing abdominal exercises and strengthening your abs even if you can't see them but you train them hard they will still be stronger than a skinny guy with a six pac.
Great use of a swing for those who don't have any other ways of doing those exercises!

Question, have you been eating all the right kind of foods your body needs to build on muscle? If not, that's exactly what you need to be doing, or you wont get very far at all, you'll just put a strain on your body in the end, all that time isn't worth it if your diet is insufficient. Also, how much you eat also counts, it plays the biggest role.

hey Jeff i'v been doing your exercises past few weeks and they are very effective, as i have lost about 6 pounds in 12 days. i'v been working on my chest, and upper 4 packs, but there is still a lot of fat near the lower abdomen region.
what workout would you suggest for that?

Just what I needed to see Jeff.
Do you think you could do a shoulder recovery, prevention program. I'm 5 mths post op for a rotator tear and I'm trying to rebuild my ROM and my straight while limiting any impinchment on the tendons.
PS. I wouldn't wish this injury on anyone.

This is definitely one of the best ab workouts I have seen to be honest, and all you need is a swing! I never knew you could work your abs by using a swing until now, I am seriously going to this workout soon, my abs need some serious training like this!

luckily for me the playground i go to if i go in the day is full of todlers and there parents do have em going on the bars even tough its obvious there for little kids luckily ter big enough for me to use i just gotta tuck my legs when i do pull ups is all

So if I buy AthleanX the cheaper version is mainly PDF only and the more expensive one comes with videos so you can see how to do them? Also hilarious about the don't come to a children's playground with no shirt on lol.
