Most people end their chest workout with the last set of their last exercise. In this video, I-m going to show you how to punish your pecs and get your best chest pump ever by using a chest workout finisher! The three exercise finishing combo is the perfect way to end your chest training session by helping you push your pecs past their breaking point, and into the realm of new growth. There are two separate finishers shown here. The first is a bilateral chest exercise combo. This is perfect for those who already have great command of their chest and are looking for an intense way to end their chest workout. The exercises for this finisher are as follows: DB Incline Bench Press x 10-12 RM to failure Dip Stretch (Stretch your pecs at the bottom of a dip with for 30 seconds) Inner Third Chest Crossovers x 20 reps to failure in inner 1/3 of motion. If on the other hand you don-t have good control of your pec contraction and want an alternative, you can try this unilateral chest workout finisher instead: DB Single Arm Incline Bench Press x 10-12 RM to failure Rack Pec Stretch (Stretch pec major and pec minor for 30 seconds) Cavaliere Crossover x 20 reps to failure in inner 1/3 of motion. Each of these complexes would be performed a total of 3 times with very little rest in between, depending on which one you choose to do. You can use both of them on different chest training days as well if you so choose. As with any workout, it-s important to take your chest past the point of failure if you want to elicit the fastest changes in size and strength. Doing the same chest workout over and over again and hoping that you will build new muscle is likely not going to cut it. If you want to get a bigger chest, you need to utilize chest workouts and techniques that help you to greater challenges. This finisher technique is just one example of how to do this

Hey guys, I'm 14, I'm 5 foot tall and 85 pounds. Very small and skinny. I have a child's body still. I just started to workout about two months ago and I started at 80 pounds. Now I am 85 pounds. I eat often and fairly clean. I workout in the gym 3 times a week full body training. Am I doing anything wrong or no? (I do have a friend that is very experienced in the gym that trains me)

hey I'm a big big fan of your workouts and your training method I just got this question on the bench press. I've been using a flat back method but I've heard that it's best to use s arch back method when ur bench pressing. so my question is what's the best method to bench press and does the flat back benching not workout ur chest as well as it should?

great vid. I have a problem with my right shoulder which prevents me from really punishing my chest. I am sure its the rotator cuff. Do you have any exercises tht i can use for therapy so I can get back at destruction of the chest? Time frame? stuff like that.
Thanks. Adrian

Hey Jeff. Kay here all the way from Holland. i really like you videos and there great in my trainings. One question, what is the specific purpose of the finishers and what do they do anatomically. keep up the awesome work

hey Jeff I just wanted to ask you one question
I want to have a nice big chest
should I stop working out on my abs until my chest get bigger and then start working out on my abs? or it's OK to do both?

reply

Hey Jeff! I'm 15 and my doctor told me that I can't make weights anymore, that's because I'm still growing. Is that true? I'm the only one that do this, all my friends make weights and they have my same age.

Today I did the -Cavaliere Crossover-, but with two dumbells, both arm at the same time, squeezing the dumbells together at the bottom. Worked better for me, probably because my chest isn't big enough.
