Guys I have been having a problem over the past few days and it is really annoying me. My family has a history of back pain and I can already feel that my back is a lot weaker than it should be. The only equipment i have is dumbells and I have no way of doing pullups as I have no sort of bar, I have tried some of the lateral exercises but while im doing the my lower back hurts as i have to bend over which puts me off. I really want a strong back and to stop the pain, what are my options?

Dear Jeff and Athlean X. How did AX-1 do for overall muscle development of the body? I've heard and seen a lot about burning fat, but what about for someone who's already lean? Will it be as worth it in the overall scheme of adding more weight efficiently to traditional compounds( bench, squat, and DL. This is the thing that is giving me apprehension regarding purchase of the AX-1 training program so pls respond

Hey Jeff wassup. I tried this and I felt that my abs could take it, but my shoulders were burning. By the way I went back to working out around 2 months ago.

I usually finish with about 50-60 reps of mason twists
And there's like 5 other workouts with 25 reps before that
By the end I'm completely tired
Adding this to my workout would be a challenge
Wall jumping jacks looks scary
But I'm up for a challenge

Jeff I masturbate. a lot. And my hand can cramp up a bit while I furiously jack it. Is this affecting my gains? My grip strength seems to have gone to shit and so has my forearm size. Am I over training from my fapping sessions?

Don't know if it's just me but planting feet on the wall just seems to increase the challenge for the shoulders rather than the abs. Logically u can only push ur feet into the wall with your shoulders, from that position.

Jeff can you do a workout for finger strength? Not forearm strength but finger because my forearms can curl a lot of weight blah blah blah but I can't do finger push-ups without feeling like my hand is going to break
