i got through it. but not without several 30s rests. had to rest for the sake of not throwing up. i went lite on the barbell CPLL too. Thanks again Jeff, i love this stuff that i hate doing

Oh god yes! Definitely doing this tomorrow. Mmmm is it advisable to do this in conjunction with the 4mins of hell you uploaded before? Or just do weight training after this workout?

Jeff, I did this workout last night and I made it through all 5 rounds. It was intense and I am sore today. Thank you for always providing unique workouts and insight.

both my brother and I barely made through the 3rd round, super short routines but killer intensity, I can't wait to start the Athlean X programm!

Can you do a tapout exercise workout, without using weights?
I'd really appreciate it since i don't have access to a gym.
