First, I would like to say that you are a great inspiration for me and I hope to one day be at your level. Just a little background story about myself, in particular, my diet and diet. I just want to know if what I'm having for breakfast is a good choice and if it's not how can I improve it. I usually have a protein without powder just with one cup of almond milk, one tablespoon of peanut butter, one banana, and one cup of mix fruits. Usually, I have two slices of wheat bread with peanut butter. My next meal would be until 12-1 pm- what are your thoughts on that( p. s if anyone wants to pitch in please feel free to help. My goal is to have ads and to become lean like you are. I just started this healthy lifestyle and I would love to hear back from you. Once again, thank you so much.

Thanks for the great video Jeff! I appreciate your honesty and genuine advice. You are a great salesman, but you also tell us the truth about things like nutrition, consistency, cardio, synergy, etc, which are other things other than your program. You don't just push your product and tell us that it is the only guaranteed way to get results--you simply offer it as an excellent resource and tool. I am considering getting your program simply because your honesty sells it. Keep up the good work!

Hey Jeff my name is Victor Mankovetskiy and I am a huge fan of your vids and keep up the good work. I wanted to ask if all these videos that you put on here are okay for me to do, cause im 14 years old and I play hockey and I was wondering if this is safe for my body or if its intense cause my mom is saying its not good for me to do this at such a young age. I train 6 days a week. is this healthy or safe? plz make a vid on it

After a minute or two of almost any ab workout (especially crunches, I feel serious pain in my lower back. I dont even go all the way down. I try to fight it off and keep working out abs. When I cant take the pain any longer, I stop working out abs and that's when I feel like I can't breathe (literally. Feels like something comes up from my lower back and makes me stop breathing for 1 second when I finish working out. Advice?

I got the Six pack promise app and I promise you guys it was amazing! I couldn't follow the workout plan portion all the way until the end because it required a band and somewhere to attach it and I just couldn't be consistent. But regardless, I did the -shuffle- workouts more than 100 times with all the different equipment settings depending on where I was at the time! And it even helped with my obliques! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff Cavalier. Here's a challenge for you. This is something the whole world would love to see, that too someone who propagates natural training. A fit to fat to fit challenge. Let's see you make a video of yourself letting go to around 25-30% body fat and see how you train yourself back to form.
This would take you to another level in the fitness industry.

That's a great workout, barely managed it haha! The first few exercices (leg circles and stuff) seem to also put quite a strain on the front upper leg muscles, just below the hips (dunno the name of this muscle, not sure if that's a good thing, are those muscles we want to put a strain on? Or does that mean the exercise was not executed properly?

i dont have bad abs, with my lower abs sucks i have a beerstomach D: < and i dont even drink beer, how long does it takes doing this 6min workout to see results? if i make this workout 2 times a day can i reduce the time to see results? and somebody can told me what to eat so i can get lower abs even faster?
