Hey guys I have a question. I feel a little guilty today because I went over my daily calorie intake. I did not meet my daily goal for protein so I drank a small bit of a protein shake which put me 50 calories over my daily limit but helped me meet my goal for daily protein intake. Is 50 extra calories a day bad if it's just protein? Sorry for such a noob question. I'm trying to get into shape

Hey Jeff I have a question. How tall are you and how much do you weight? I'm 5ft 8in 145lbs. I'm trying to get to 165lbs, just wondering how to build muscle mass faster. I remember you talking about your thin wrist in an earlier video, and I have the same problem (if it is even a problem. Just wondering if I could get as big as you.

Mr. Cavalier, thank you for your weekly videos with tips and advices. I really appreciate what are you doing. But can I ask you, if it's possible of course, to make a video with some nutrition tips. I'll be very thankful and I'm sure a lot of other people will be. And thank you for your work again. Hi from Bulgaria. :)

I don't have to take the shirt off in my house. It's always off, because I admire myself every time I look in the mirror, lol. And I don't even look good yet. Can't imagine what it'll be like when I finish my cut. Vain? Yeah, but who cares? I'm proud of my body.

Can someone explain to me why/when to use Low intensity training and when to use HIIT- which is better? I have had my back broken and some days I cant do HIIT training but I don't want to waste time if LIT isn't going to do anything to help me gain muscle.

Do you have a variation in which I can work the rear deltoids as they are my weakness? I figure with two mirrors, one for the front and the other for the rear. But what lift or tension promoting exercise should I employ?
