The one thing that bothers me the most is my abs are looking good but I feel my lowest abs are not there and I have more of a large 4 pack then a 6. For 3 months i have been doing a bunch of upper and lower ab workouts and the only one i do weighted is situps with 10 lbs. I keep reading that situps only work your upper abs(was told not to even do them. I started doing more bar ab workouts and stopped doing situps because i dont want a massive 4 pack and tiny lower abs. Am I going about this wrong? I really enjoy those weighted situps and I feel they do a ton for my abs but I don't want to work out a 4 pack I want that 6 pack and I know the 6 is there i can feel those lower abs. What do you guys think? Any help is appreciated. 17% body fat and all abs pop out but my lower row. Thanks again!

As a woman, having done months and months of 'feminine' workouts where I followed high-pitched instructors going about it at a crazy tempo yelling 'Sweat is just your fat crying'. I kind of had enough. I barely carry any fat on my body, so fat loss isn't even a thing I'm interested in and I have built up such stamina by now that I barely feel anything afterwards. I just want effective workouts which give me a nice after burn - not only during. Your videos help so much! I'll take it more slow and controlled from now on, go for full range of motion and see where it takes me. :)

I have been doing six pack abs exercises that I downloaded on google for a month without mising a single day bust still I cant see my ubs bat I cant feel them when I touch abdominal, I was asking if tou could give same abs exercises and fat burning exercises that do not require any equipment, or and one last thing is it posible to have a flat stomack but not see your abs clealy

Jeff you have such control over you muscles, I had physio after I exploded a disk (L3, L4) and the physiotherapist said can you squeeze one but cheek at a time, me, sure, physiotherapist, no one at a time! Me -I am-, physiotherapist -no you are not. Oh we did have a laugh about it.

Good stuff! Contract the muscle hardest you're trying to work out.
First time I've seen the hips lifted to effectively work abs. You make it look SO ez, but then again, you're not packin an extra 20lbs around the midsection. Rough kookin, but I'm sure effective.

i-m always trying do the contraction but either i-m not sure where it appears -or i-m not contracting. I know i have abs just under the coat of - -so i cant see what-s going there. Any tips on how to feel the muscle which you are working on? Thanks in advance

Hi. I've been having a lot of pain in my upper abs, recently. like a pulled muscle, but in my gut. is that a hernia? I use my ball, thank god for my ball, to make it stop.
But is what I am feeling a hernia? Or just a pulled muscle from being weak. lol

Absolutely right you are Jeff. I noticed that before also when doing exercises. Controlling the muscle to do more work through the exercise is for the best results rather than doing the movement. I love this tip and it-s always great to remember

Sir. I have two questions.
1)If we do push ups and Ab workout at home everyday without going to gym. Is it helpful? 2)Although doing everyday and not giving body rest will affect the growth?
