s the countdown of the 5 most desired muscle groups (as reported by women in an online poll) and the best exercises for men to do for each one. 5. Shoulders Wider shoulders help to create the V-taper and improve the appearance of a man even when wearing a shirt. There is no better exercise for building the medial deltoid than the side dumbbell raise. Lower the weight slightly and perform these in 1 1/2 rep style to accentuate the contraction of the delt and build your shoulders faster. 4. Biceps Having impressive biceps sticking out of your shirt sleeves signifies that you are serious about your body. The barbell curl is a great way to build up your biceps, however I show you a slight cheat to add as well that will help you to add more size. Be careful not to overdo the cheat however as you don-t want to take away all of the benefits of the exercise. 3. Chest Of course the chest was going to be on this poll right? In order to build your pecs, you-ll want to perform a version of the bench press. The underhand grip bench press is great because it activates the upper fibers of the chest even more than an incline bench press does while allowing you to perform the exercise in a better, safer shoulder position. For those that have shoulder discomfort with the regular bench press, this has an added benefit. 2. Abs No doubt a killer set of six pack abs is high on the list. To best get them, include a hanging ab exercise to intensify your ab training. Incorporate rotation into the move so you can additionally hit the obliques. Sharpening the obliques helps to visually improve the tapering of your waist, even if you tend to have a blockier waist. The hanging clock exercise is perfect for all of these reasons. 1. Glutes As somewhat of a surprise number one, the glutes are tops on the list of muscles women would like to see their men develop. As always with leg training, you want to train athletically. The sprinter lunge is a perfect opportunity to kill two birds with one stone. Leaning forward at the waist ignites the glutes and posterior chain much more than the quads. For a complete athletic physique, you-re going to want to be sure you train and eat like an athlete. You can get a complete blueprint to both by heading to and getting the ATHLEAN-X Training System

We are so much more than just our body shapes. I heard many men say they are attracted to curvy, -round- women. I am a woman. I cannot speak for every woman, but IN GENERAL and STRICTLY SPEAKING about body shape, we prefer men with a torso (i. e. from the shoulders down to the glutes) that is the -V- shape (front, side, and back view. The wider the top of the V and the more flat (tapered) the bottom of the V, the more appealing. To be clear, women prefer men with broad shoulders, muscular arms, chests, and upper back, a tapered lower back, a flat stomach, firm, strong glutes, and strong, firm (not overly bulky) legs. The reason we prefer taller men is they usually have broader (wider) shoulders than our shoulders and hips. We are also attracted to men with a V shape for very deep, complex emotional reasons.

Very cool of you to give a -shout-out- to any gay lifters out there. Not something usually done in weightlifting/bodybuilding circles. You are very evolved for such a muscly guy. So, what are you doing this weekend, maybe you want to catch some dinner and a movie? KIDDING! But I am serious about your lack of homophobia, I find it very encouraging. There IS hope for humanity. For biceps, and chest what about, respectively, pullups like from hanging on an overhead bar where you use your own weight; and pushups?
. Ok, still watching, but there's also some hanging stuff going on for the abs which you can probably also incorporate for biceps.
Anyway, nice video and thanks to the women and their feedback. xoxo

You are to muscular, tone it down please. no seriously, ever watch cali muscle vids? That guy is HUGE, and noticed a vid of him showing off his house, and he got seriously winded walking up the stairs.
Muscle still adds weight to the body, just like fat. It comes at a price to the heart and lungs, that is the truth.

Seriously, you are one of the best that gives info. I was struggling with having a good chest workout at home due to just having dumbbells, especially the upper chest, but damn your reverse palm technique is great. I felt more activation in my chest even by doing the movement alone. Looking forward to try that. Thanks

My muscles are gonna take years and years to get bigger and bigger
I want big biceps but it just makes my arm bigger rather than the bicep, it doesn-t pop out like Jeff-s
When I do the clock position hanging on a bar, for some reason that hurts my lower back, really weird

Besides your consistancy, your gorgeous advices and your splendid presentation, wich is so different from the loudmouths, this opening statement shows you as a very likable man. I conclude that everyone in your surrounding is quite lucky with that.

I think what I-m going to do is target my body fat mostly my stomach and then I-ll start working on everything else when I lose that I know it probably doesn-t sound right but I don-t want to be big and bulky I want to be slim with muscles

Don't you find it funny how at least the first three are pretty much the same for men and women? Except some weird people expect to see fat instead of muscle on female glutes and chest. I could never understand them.

I have failed to make the progress I once envisioned over the years because I kept slipping out of my routine.
But I've found that when I watch these videos, I feel more motivated to keep at it consistently.
