Hey Eliot i would like to know on how to avoid the sternum hen doing dips as a lean 14 year old i thought to myself that it was normal. Then i kept getting sharp pains in my sternum during and after the workout. Its as if i add too much pressure when doing a dip (normally chest and straight dips. please lend me some advice and by the way love the vids. :) (from Ricky Perez)

Who has access to a place like that? In most cities adults not taking care of children will get fined or arrested for entering a playground. Most people can not enter college grounds either without a student ID. Nice video but very unrealistic. Can you do these exercises in a more normal, readily accessible area that relates to most cities? Thanks.

jeff looks ripped and v low body fat perc, but i wonder what he thinks of other guys that look better, like lazar angelov, is it genetics or just more intensity, power, etc. Lazar also says he's natural (though some say he's not, and also his training routine/program varies a bit from Jeff's. Any ideas? Thanks

I like the fact that you are doing these excersises outside of an gym, showing people it doesnt require a gym to get in shape nor to workout. but damn. poor kids, old crazy man whos spinning his legs arround clockwise preventing kids from playing on the playground.

Jeff what do we do if we can't get to a gym a couple days and need to do legs at home, and we don't have allot of Weight but a couple barbells/dumbells but can't go too heavy. Also do you think that burst training after weight training is too much?

Hi, I just want to ask u that, I m a Muslim, from next month we have to do fasting so that we can't eat or drink anything from 4 am to 5. 30 pm. So can u please suggest me how can I plan my timing of workout & meals?

how can you adjust vampire crunches so the back of your knees don't want to die? that's always been my biggest problem with them. The only thing i've figured out is finding a playground with large diameter tubing

How many days per week should you work out your abs? I have been told everyday and I have been told the abs are like every other muscle and should be given time to recover.
