Hey Jeff! Can you do a video on Alcohol. What are your thoughts on having a few drinks, I currently have cut down social drinking to almost none. I would like to know the effects it has on the muscles ( good/bad) along with the weekly training. I have quite before for almost a year, but now on the weekends I will occasionally have some beer or vodka (bloody marys) with my friends and it has made it hard to quit. Do you have any drinks at all? I don't drink to get -wasted- just a few and I stick to those drinks because I felt like those were -healthier- of them all. I'm pretty sure I know you're answer, but it would be nice to have a good detailed video from you. Please and thanks.
P. S. Completed AX1, AX2, and just recently started the Zero program. Love it! Also love the apparel and supplements. A bit pricey, but they are definitely good examples of getting what you pay for.

Having broken my neck in three places along with 20 other various bones in feet, ribs, etc, and a couple titanium plates with hardware later - Of all my focused, committed though mostly gradual levels of recovery from not only injuries, but also paralysis causing total muscle atrophy during years waiting on gradual nerve healing in some areas, of patient physiotherapy, and both bleak, and productive cycles attending gyms - Athlean-X tips and careful attention to details have meant the most discovery of areas and ranges of motion to work on, as well as THE MOST SATISFYING AND BEST PROGRESS, and thanks so much to Jeff Cavalier for putting it out here for everyone. - Robin Toolsie

Hey Jeff, first of all, you rock!
I am currently doing AX-1, week 4. Your programs are awesome. I know eventually I will get AX-2 and WOLVERINE BEAST MODE. I have also been looking at the training programs taught to Navy S. E. A. L. Team 6 and Army Rangers for the American and Canadian military. Those programs are insane! These guys are in unbelievable shape. Like super heroes. I'm wondering if exercise programs like that are sustainable for life or are they eventually damaging on the skeleton, joints, tendons and muscles? Where does one even start to get that kind of energy? I'm seriously jealous, lol

Hello Jeff, thanks for the video, great workout. Question, how would you recommend to approach the weighted exercises when training at home with limited weights? Is it ok to aim for failure when using the max weight available? Thanks for your comments and keep up the great work!

Can anyone help me out? Every time I do legs, my legs are really sore for the next few days, which also makes me very tired. It can hurt to walk, sit down from standing up and standing up from sitting down. Is there anyway I can stop the pain? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I use bigger lifts with barbell squats and leg presses and such but this looks like something that would build functional athleticism and explosive strength. Most of my routine is for strength and cosmetic but this seems like something that would make you a much more dynamic mover.

-ATHLEAN-X- Can't wait to do this. The only thing that's keeping me from doing it now is my poor balance. Jeff, is there any way to improve my balance? Does it require leg muscle? core? After a major accident two years ago, I've been searching for way to improve my balance.
