Hey Jeff thanks for another great video. I-m a commercial driver I recently purchased some TRX ropes that I now incorporate with my weighted vest. I only eat one meal a day and I balance my vitamin mineral intake through supplements when I have that One meal. It-s working beautifully and my weight is just falling off. Not just in one area but in all areas. Just a quick testimony and I hope it helps all your viewers to never give up. You can still get into shape without having to pay expensive gym memberships and if you are mobile like Me you learn to keep a routine and focus on your health. Guys and gals I wanna tell you something you only have one life and we all need to focus on keeping ourselves healthy and not taking for granted what we have. We have an incredible body that is an incredible machine that can do incredible amazing things. Diet and exercise together will work. What I do is one meal a day and I eliminate carbs I eat a meat with a vegetable and I drink lots and lots of water. I drink lemon juice with a little bit of apple cider vinegar in the morning and at night. My sleep apnea has gone away I no longer snore and I have no more headaches and my high blood pressure has gone down to Normal. This works for me I hope that you will find something that does work for you and I hope that what I have given here will help others thank you!

On december 4th last year I weighed 288 lbs.
Today I weigh 267. 2 lbs. I work out 4 to 6 times a week in the gym and track all my macros with a coached algorithm. I have been maingaining for 3 months. I refuse to bulk up until I drop below 200lbs. Which is difficult for me psychologically due to the calorie deficit negatively effecting my power in the weight room.
Jeff speaks on nutrition in so many of his videos. I would like to hear about his tips on the psychology of meeting these challenges.
Because not many people can mentally handle doing what actually needs to be done to reach these types of goals.

First, one needs to figure out how to lift them selves off the ground from a push up position, next, one needs to figure out how to lift 230lbs off of a raised bench, next, one needs to figure out how to have enough energy to get to the point where they can do anything that has to do with getting fit in general, ZERO energy, ZERO! NO motivation, NONE! It helps to have someone that has the same ambition and drive to want to get into shape and healthy but if it-s just you that-s a fat zero energy slob and has no one to boost your morale then fuh get about it!

Addressing 1 Is psuedo-gynecomastia not gynecomastia (not the same thing) gynecomastia effects males through puberty and in most cases goes away shortly after while psuedo-gynecomastia effects adults and the primary factor being testosterone/estrogens imbalance, primarily caused by food intake. To fight and eliminate this health issue stop eating high carb foods and high sugar foods. The moobs will melt away.
Love the vid, great info, good content.

I played basketball with my brother one day with my shirt off. I felt somewhat good about my belly but I have chest fat. So I was running up the court and my brother told me I have man boobs. I walked off the court and just broke down because It made me feel so bad about myself. It gave me the motivation to start working out and now I am feeling a little better. I am going to try to do this routine and see the difference. Thanks Jeff!

Here's a lie from - experts-: they told me you can not target one area of fat on your body. That is 100% FALSE! I believed it for years. I was at the gym 2-3 hrs a day 5x a week, and was ripped, as you can imagine. I never did benchpresses, ever. My chest had fat. The rest of my body was shredded. I just started putting benchpresses in my routine- one month later my chest is hard.

I think the best way to start at would be to check what you usually drink in a day, start simple. For me I noticed I drank a lot of soda and juice with lots of sugar. My solution was how could I get more water into me. So then I started with carbonated water like Lacroix or whatever. Then I realized this gets me bloated so I switched to propel which have no sugar and tastes good.

Amazing video! I'm looking for simple training program do do at home, as I have my two biceps with distal damage, so I must avoid exercises that could damage the biceps tendrils. As long I focus on triceps and chest development, with light weights and increased repetitions, I believe that I can increase my chest musculature without causing any damage to the biceps tendrils.

I didn't lose weight the right way( only cardio, less protein) and went from obese to skinny fat. I weighed 6ft 150 lbs and stopped losing anymore fat even at 1400 cals (lifts were shit too) so I upped em to 1800 and then 2000 and got more toned, lifts improved. Now again lifts have stalled and fat is still lift do increase cals and make the deficit smaller?
