Can you elaborate more details on how to recover in a day to repeat the intensity the next day? I have similar training, minus the swimming however, I can only train like this 3 times per week in the gym and 4 days intense interval cardio. Not enough to push through my current plateau. I've tried bcaa's, ice baths and always proper hydration but as I increase the intensity of the workouts, I get too wired to get a good night's sleep. 4 -5 hours max. Any suggestions for recovery?

I love your series! I'm training for full Ironman as well: )Never done any triathlons in my life. I learned how to swim end of november last year and I smashed it after being in a pool everyday. I can't wait for my Competition. :) Thank you for doing such amazing videos: )

Tuning in every week awesome stuff, amazing dedication and drive! Out of interest with your cardio do you keep sipping on water or take any BCAA's during/intra workout to help with your recovery or do you just rely on your nutrition and supplement timings pre/post?

it will not work because lesson Number 1 MUSCLE DOES NOT FLOAT. IT IS FAT THAT FLOATS SO IF YOU GET RIPPED LIKE A BODYBUILDER WITH A LOW PERCENTAGE BODY FAT YOU WILL AFFECT YOUR BUOYANCY IN THE WATER AND THE SWIMMING WILL SUFFER MASSIVELY

I think it's 100% possible. However, you probably will not move as fast as someone that just trains for the specific sport of triathlon. But if what you're looking for is to be able to finish the race absolutely it's possible

I wished you added more video content about the training in the gym, just like all your previous trainers, instead of vlogging. Just saying
