How about gaining weight fast? I'm really skinny, was born that way, like unhealthily underweight. But there aren't too many videos on how to gain weight in a healthy manner.

Great advice. My only question is that if you eat 2. 5x a day, but want 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, how do you get that much protein in so few meals?

Intermittent fasting is only good if you wanna miss out on anabolic windows. Eating more spread out in time can also suppress grehlin (hunger hormone)

I find these videos misleading becuase they dont tell you that to get as big as they are you will have to take anabolic steriods.
