Muscle doesnt de-train /de-adaptate for 2 to 3 weeks after a hard workout (meaning a workout which takes the muscle to or near muscle failure. So the only benefit of doing a muscle more than once a week is to gain mass faster, with the bro split we will get the same gains, just slower. Which doesnt really matter in the grand scheme of things, whether we get to our genetic potential in 10 or 15-20 years, like, presumably we are going to work out for many more decades after that. Bro split with workouts done in the myo rep / HIT manner will save maximum time so we can dedicate it to all those life things we have, while getting us all the benefits of working out.

Hi Mark, I really enjoyed the guidance you gave in this video. I love training, but sometimes i put myself through so much mental stress overthinking what my workouts are going to be day. Do I want to lift today or do i just want to jump rope and hit the heavy bag, do I want to work ons strength or hypertrophy or a combination of both, am I following the right volume protocols? etc. Your tips helped on keeping the right perspective helped a great deal, thanks so much, man!

I found this video really pointless. I already love being in the gym, I don't need the motivation. I am curious if bro split workouts are the most optimal for muscle growth. This isn't really addressed, rather stretched out to the fluffy foo foo 10 minute long video about -love and passion and having time for your spouse a the end of the day-. Dafuq?

I train each body part individually 6 days a week like this:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday Core
Thursday: Biceps and Triceps aka arms.
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Shoulders
Sunday: Rest
I follow progressive overload each week by increasing either weight, sets or reps.
Is there anything bad with this?

I'd like to see also this guy's opinion on question, which I can't find answer for for years already:
Performing exercise with the maximum possible weight (with a proper technique, obviously, or performing exercise for feeling (burning) in targeted muscle?

I instinctively used to train this way - mastering one move, keeping it simple. Then somewhere along the line I muddied up the waters by doing full- bodies or AB splits - ty for reminding me what I knew all along

He is an Awesome Person. I believe his real message in Bro Split. Is having balance in other areas in your personal life with the type of workouts you create. Create time for your love ones! Great Message!

I take screen shots of workouts I plan to do that day. And if a machine or something I was planing to use is being used. I-ll just call an audible, do something different and not wait around
