Defined legs. let-s strengthen our quads, hamstrings and glutes whilst burning lots of energy through dumbbell complexes with this leg workout at home! Day 21 in the EPIC Program and it-s leg day! This workout is a challenge for the entire lower body including the quads, hamstrings, glutes and of course core is majorly involved. This workout is based on 2 sets each of a complex performed for 3 minutes (one complex for 4 minutes. Within each complex is 4 main exercises that we perform each for 10 reps, then move onto the next to complete 10 reps and so on. Once you complete all four exercises, you repeat if the time allows you for the entire duration! Your aim is to not drop the dumbbells however you can change hand position to having the dumbbells by your sides or in a front rack position etc. Ensure you perform at your own pace! You may go slightly faster or slower than me but ensure your form is

That was killer. I usually love leg day but this was brutal. But I also did add some weight to my adjustable dumbells so that was probably why it felt so extra hard. I had to drop the weights at the end, and go bodyweight. I also dont know if I strained my prolapse or not. But hubby and two screaming kids at the end was taking my attention. Man Im on all day with a 1 year old and a and almos 4 year old and cant get some peace for 50 min. Oh yeah stay at home mom life: D

Oh my, that was a sweaty one! The workout was definitely challenging but it went really fast, because it was so diverse and working different muscle groups. The most challenging for me was the third complex (starting with the clean squat) but the harmstrings marches were crazy as well! Thank you, Caroline! I can feel my strength growing (and my arms are so more define and shred now)

First time doing complexes. They were soooo hard. Used 20lbs. I didn-t put them down, but I did stop for most with about a minute left to the timer. So it was extra needed rest for me. Still worked tons and felt those lunges. Ufff- glad that was done. Will see how I progress with these in future workouts. Thanks Caroline for pushing us!

This complex left me drained. but sooo good! I was hungrier during the day -. Thank you Caroline for another day of an amazing workout. By the way, today I meassured and weighted myself after 4 weeks of this series and even though I only lost 300 grs, I lost 10 centimetres and feel do much tighter. Thanks!

Did anyone else get more than 1. 235 rounds of the exercises finished while Caroline is over here doing like 3 sets of each per 3 min- guess I-m just weak - I could probably spend my whole life doing this same program and just try and go faster and heavier each time. So thankful for all the variety!

Wow this workout went by fast fire some reason but that doesn't mean it was easy. I was able to get through it while fasting for Ramadan and I literally finished just in time to be able to drink water -.

This is one of her hardest leg complexes to date. 4 moves for 10 reps each for 3 min is quite something! Loved this a lot and I-ve done many leg complexes from Caroline. Heart rate up throughout! Amazing!

This is the hardest workout since I started the EPIC program, so far this is the only one I couldn't finish, I had to stop at 70%. I'll try again in a few weeks to see how it goes.
