I have to say Caroline is a Queen for doing these workouts. Such an inspiration to push harder and maintain form. I'm at a point where I can't really go about my day without working out to Caroline's videos. I hope all those who are doing the EPIC challenges are eating well and staying healthy.

Amazing! Your programs are the only ones I can do during my pregnancy. I'm going into my 3rd trimester-7 months. Thank you for keeping me motivated and healthy during this process -! I can do every workout with some modifications. These workouts make me feel so amazing and accomplished.

Wasn-t really feelin this video today so I did a prenatal abs and CGs bicep blow up
Definitely made me happy and that-s what we are going for. I love everything that CG does for us but if you aren-t feeling happy with a workout it-s okay to replace it with something else

Caroline, I like when you put the beeps in the cool down, when changing from one strecht to the other. Some videwo hjave them and some do not. When you are not looking at the screen the beep gives you a heads up. Can you include the beeps for coll down?

A very enjoyable full body workout. I was surprised how quickly it was over despite being an hour but the moves are so varied and engaging that time flies by. For the double weight exercises I used 2x15lbs and for the single weight movements I mostly used 1x20lbs.

Your smile is so beautiful and really keeps you going when you think you're tired! I never thought I would be able to hold a side plank with a 20lb weight and you have proven me and thousands of others wrong! You're the best! Absolutely epic!
