High intensity, full body workout 30 minutes! No jumping, low impact, no repeat, dumbbell full body fun! Grab your dumbbells, a mat and let-s go! The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 6kg each! This full body intense session will burn a lot of energy, build strength, require you to engage your core and sweat! Timer will be on 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest! Ensure you earn your rest! I am using 6kg but if I was using even lighter, I would be still earning my rest as I would perform at a faster pace many of the movements but still ensure form is --! It is up to you to push it and challenge yourself! End of week 4! I feeling some progress kicking in, like now the leg workouts impress me less as I am able to follow along longer. My muscles are less sore too. I watch the intros of coming workouts in advance because it is full of Caroline's tips and also I write down the timers on the calendar so I can set my own timer up, mute the video and play my own playlist when I feel like so. Week 5 let's go: )

I loved this one --- I was afraid to do it because it is late in the evening for me, and I am being very tired since the last two weeks- do not know why --. But this low impact, no repeat dumbell HIIT is just what I needed, as I could not have handled a very hard HIIT / EMOM today --- I will keep this one for the days when I feel tired but still need to workout ----

Made it to Day 20! I started Epic 1 last year but only made it to Day 13. This time I started prepping back in December with the holiday workouts and now I-m very thrilled to be here finishing week 4. I-m 55 so shout out to the older gals - take it a little slower and with lighter weights as needed and you can do it! Thank you Caroline!

thank you so much i started off with the epic day 1 for beginners i think it was like 5 days so i did 10 of those and now i-m on day 20 so all up i-m on day 30 i love how you-ve for made these free forever grateful and i am always ready for the next challenge xxo

I-m slowly starting to enjoy HIIT. This has helped me so much with my running too, with my breathing (I-m a Asthmatic and have underdeveloped lungs so my lungs take in 20%-30% less air than average people) thank you Coraline for doing this. You are Epic!

Were it 20 days ago, I wouldn't be able to do this complex with 5 kg weights, but I improved my strength and skills during the previous epic days, so here I am, doing it with these weights without straining myself too much. Thank you, Caroline!

I am proud to say that, for the first time in a very long time, I was able to complete every single push-up while keeping up with Caroline. Just from that, I can tell that my strength has improved tremendously!

I just appreciate the Music blasting and no talking talking. and the direction impeccable. For me she is the best out there to date when it comes to videos. The quality the intensity mannnnnnn, she is gooooood.

I really enjoyed it. I kept the weights low at 2. 5 kgs and 5 kgs in between but it helped me to push. I managed 90% of the training without modification. great workout!

That kicked my butt! The conbo moves were so hard! Getting over a cold and starting with this prob not best idea haha
I enjoyed and hope to redo when better physically!
