This was a humbling workout for me- so very difficult, I could barely get through the reps with lighter weights than what Caroline was using. I guess this goes to show I need to train chest more often! - You inspire me so much though, Caroline! I aspire to be as strong as you someday. - Thanks for killing my upper body, and thank you so much for this program!

That was definitely THE hardest arm workout I have ever done & I have done a lot of workouts. If that's Day 13, I'm scared for Day 50, but I am determined to push myself to the end. My arms are mush, and I have a cleaning job to do today. but in a couple of months I should be able to bench press the client's couch - LOL.

Oh my goodness, this workout. I felt QUILTY for just not being able to hold on in some moves, to push through. My arms we're like: NOPE, not gonna happen. I'm so sorry Caroline, hahahah. I really really did my best. Something I just could't. this was def. you VS you.

I did this amazing workout for second time today. Absolutely love it! - My chest muscles were shaking during all the presses. The push ups part was so creative.
