I did the low impact alternative linked at the description in the morning and this tabata workout just now in the evening, and I can say that the low impact one is not at all easier, so anyone thinking about choosing the alternative, think twice, don't expect it would be an easy path =)
Thank you, Caroline! Amazing Day 15!

This program has been a game changer for me, I love how challenging it is! I normally lift at the gym, but am not able to in my current circumstances. These workouts show me how I can bring the gym home and push me like I would push myself at the gym. I love it! I-m so glad you provide them free as well, huge bonus!

I am no fitness beginner, I play rugby and I followed reasonably the first 14 workouts. Two days after this workout I literally could not walk. The stiffness in my lower belly region was so painful that I could not go to work. So be advised; -)
Caroline, please, have mercy on us.

As always thank you so much! I had trouble with roll to push-ups. Instead of saying I can't I kept trying and changed my mindset to not yet! I look forward to gaining more strength and confidence throughout these workouts.

Argggg. I don't like the hiit workouts on Sundays, but I push through and the rewarding feeling of finishing them 100% is out of this world. Your workouts are the best of the best Caroline. Thank you so much.

I-ve tried fitness blender, sweat app, Madeline moves, tone it up, beach body, and by FAR, Caroline is the most effective trainer I have ever had. Some part of my body is sore, at ALL TIMES. THANK YOY!
