CHARGED 30 Min Chest and Triceps Workout - EPIC Heat - Day 6 - Caroline Girvan

The chest and triceps will solely be targeted during these 30 minutes for an extremely intense workout. Supersets will add to the intensity. this workout will test those new to lifting and those who have been benching for a long time! Benefits and some points regarding training chest: Improves posture Increase overall upper body strength Involves the triceps and shoulders It will not reduce the tissue on this area as you cannot spot reduce By not excluding muscle groups, you are working your entire body which promotes a balanced physique. And all of the strength gained helps with those push up variations! For this chest and tricep workout you will need a pair of dumbbells, your mat, a chair of bodyweight dips and a yoga block/thick book! The dumbbells I am using are 17. 5kg each and 8kg each. The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, followed immediately by another 45 seconds of work before then having 30 seconds of rest inbetween supersets! Each superset will be performed for either 2 or 3 sets. CHEST PRESS PUSH UPS CHEST PRESS PUSH UPS CHEST PRESS PUSH UPS DEADSTOP CHEST PRESS DEADSTOP PUSH UPS DEADSTOP CHEST PRESS DEADSTOP PUSH UPS FLYES DIAMOND PRESS FLYES DIAMOND PRESS FLYES DIAMOND PRESS SKULL CRUSHERS LYING OVERHEAD EXTENSION SKULL CRUSHERS LYING OVERHEAD EXTENSION DIPS DEADSTOP TRICEP PUSH UPS DIPS DEADSTOP TRICEP PUSH UPS DIPS DEADSTOP TRICEP PUSH UPS UNEVEN PUSH UP PUSH OFF PUSH UP (same side) UNEVEN PUSH UP PUSH OFF PUSH UP (same side) Finisher: CHEST PRESS PUSH UPS DIPS I enjoyed every second of this workout! Even if I was not showing it when coming from those dips to the tricep push ups! Make sure you are lifting a weight you can control and simply drop the weight to the side if feeling unsteady at any point. You-ll love these 30 minutes I am sure! There will be a suggested add on provided below however this is definitely not compulsory. If you make these 30 minutes super intense and focused on pushing it, these 30 minutes are enough!

Used 20lbs for chest press and what you said was true, it was so hard to do the finisher. I can't even do the dips anymore since my wrist hurt so much. During the diamond press it feels so heavy already, before I only do diamond press using single 10lbs now, I do it pair and I used a belt so I can have a support but it is still so heavy. Everything here feels so heavy but I am proud of myself for pushing through. I actually love repetitious workout more than no repeat since I can really feel my muscle burning. But sometimes when I am drained I want no repeat workout. Overall I loved this one! Thanks Caroline! I really love I push myself in epic heat. --

Curious if people like/suggest doing some of these more than one time in a row? Or circling back to repeat? Newbie here looking for recommendations. Or follow the program in sequence once a day as schedule allows. I do feel like my arms will need a break tomorrow, but it seems like she may not do an arm heavy workout next, I haven-t looked. That burpee bonanza though-. That was a shocker at 549 am. Thank god I was just on auto pilot or I may have considered stopping! Wellllll-. probably not, but, wow! So good -

Clearly its been a while since I did a proper chest and triceps session - I am finished. This was a very thorough and efficient workout, amd I really tried to focus on form with lighter weights.
Just wow, Caroline! I hope you get as much out of our time together as I do: )

I do not have 17. 5kg each only could use 15kg each which is a bit disappointing. Did push up and uneven push up using sandbag I normally use a brick for this, really felt the extra depth from the height of the sandbag. the burnout finisher was killer, thank you Caroline amazing.

Hi. I am on day 6 with the Epic Heat series but mainly I feel this is concentrating more on arms and shoulders than any other muscles. I want to lose weight and get back to shape, should I choose a different series of her more suitable for my aim or will this get better?

I had to take a call during the skull crusher/tricep extension superset and couldn't hold the phone to my ear. - My hands were sho shaky! And I thought this was going to be an easy one before the leg day tomorrow. I was wrong - Thank you, Caroline! -

I've never understood workout until failure until this routine right here. I literally could not do the pushups in the finisher. My body fully failed but it's such a good feeling. Thanks for another killer workout Caroline.

Wow. That. was. intense. Great. But I have the greatest amount of respect for Caroline and anyone who could do even one push up at the end! 9 weeks from now I-m coming back and doing this again as my measure of improvement!

I love your workouts but for some reason on upper body days no matter how hard I work I-m not tired. Like my arms could be complete jelly but the rest of me will be ready to go do another workout --

Almost completely fatigued at the end of the dips. Everything after that was on knees and needed full focus for every rep or it wasn't gonna happen haha. Thank youu
