Caroline, I've been following all your workouts and you are great! My suggestion is to do more calisthenics videos because sometimes we can't use dumbells when we're not at home (travel/work. I personally would like to have a wider choice in this direction. I would also appreciate to have suggestions about what to eat to grow muscles. I've noticed a great improvement since I have been doing your workouts, but I struggle to gain 'good weight'. Thank you!

Not gonna lie, I did all regular push-ups, I didn't even take into consideration the possibility of adding elevation. When it came to the elevated push-up and Bulgarian lunge I had to pause the vid and stare at the screen in stunned disbelief, like she really is trying to kill us. Did regular push-ups and lunges instead. I'll get there eventually. - Caroline you are amazing.

Yay! I finished it!
Since I'm joining Caroline's EPIC I Program, I'd received a lot of strength that came towards my body. It's also including my balance, core and my focusement!
Now, I can feel that I'm getting lighter rather than Me 2 months ago. I feel really grateful to met Caroline, and now she's always come to my mind whenever I want to start my workout-

I am beginning to love those lovely Bulgarian lunges. - use 2 bricks together for the elevated lunges and squats to get that extra depth. I loved this workout, it was a break to use body weight only. Loved the core section at the end - my abs are still burning now. Thank you again Caroline you truly are the best fitness trainer in the whole world.

That was an epic Caroline Girvan workout loved every bit. Just that in the description the Bulgarian lunge to push up is missing, that just sprang out of nowhere while I was preparing for the single arm ladders but I thoroughly enjoyed this workout from starting to end

I remember doing this one in June and looking at Caroline like she was crazy when she started the 1 leg decline push ups. It's insane to see how far I've come in six months, because I absolutely love that move! Revisiting this one today.

Back to calisthenics. My Bulgarian position wasnt too good because of the low height, chpsed some alternatives, wasnt too good in balance and i count hold the last plank. But the whole workout, i enjoyed it

This is my second time doing the Epic Heat program. shorter workouts does not mean easier but have done Epic 3 and Endgame. coming back to this im finding I can push a lot harder than the first time!

Started to enjoy the bulgarian lunges lately, something I never imagined I'd say. Feels like I've learnt how to get into the right depth and rhythm with them. :)
