This shoulder session will work your shoulders until failure throughout! Hitting the shoulders through compound and isolation movements, you will be super setting movements to extremely challenge yourself! All you will need for this shoulder session is a pair of dumbbells. The dumbbells I am using throughout are 9kg. The timer will be on for 45 seconds of work, straight into another 45 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest. We will repeat each superset 2 times in total! These are long sets in regards times and presumably the reps performed so it is important that you pause when you need to. Partial presses Press Close, open to press Arnold press Single arm push press Single arm press Hammer frontal raises Alternating hammer frontal raises Alternating lateral raise Partials Upper half raise Diagonal press Elbow - 90- alt lateral raise Drive the car Rear delt fly Rear delt row Finisher is a full minute, switching exercise every 20 seconds! Figure 8 Hammer press Figure 8 This was a very challenging shoulder session! My shoulders were extremely fatigued due to the higher rep range and time under tension! Maintain form and you-ll feel your shoulders have to work even harder! This was definitely one of the most challenging shoulder sessions I-ve done and I knew it would be!

My legs and my booty still hurts especially my booty it has been hurting since yesterday. Started off with 20lbs and drop to 10lbs. I thought I am gonna drop down to 5lbs but I didn't! I can feel my core tightening and engaging doing this and I am happy as I thought I have forgotten engaging it. Overall I am happy with this one! And I didn't think it was short. My arms are shaking after. I love how I get consistent with epic program. I'll be working out 3x a week since I am a bit busy but I'll make sure I'll be consistent. Thanks Caroline! Definetely felt this one! -

I actually wound up having to take a week off after day one because I wasn't feeling well, but this was certainly one way of getting back into the swing of things.
I don't like shoukder workouts. I know they're important beut they're so hard that I find my procrastination reflex kicking in when I realise they'll be the focus of the routine.
That being said, this was doable - with some pauses and -Caroline, Why? - at regular intervals.
Thanks for a wonderful workout, Caroline!
Much love from South Africa

My upper body is the weakest part of my body. I get so frustrated when I can-t lift very much without a rib popping out of place. ---. I can do legs all day though, yet you would never know. I just can-t seem to ever get definition. ---. I won-t give up though.
Thank you for all your videos.

Yesterday ( 3/21) I started the epic heat, after one week off of finishing the Endgame program. I have to say the warm up of this epic heat surprised me with the intensity of the movements. Enough of blah blah and here I go day 2.

I am starting the Epic Heat program. I can't find any information regarding frequency. Do I need to take a day off in between workouts? Or should do all 50 workouts in 50 days? Can someone help me out with this question? Aloha Morgan

I am revisiting Heat after finishing ENDGAME with the CG Community. I thought 30 minutes of shoulders would be a cinch. Humbly, my 20s quickly were switched to 15s then to 12s! Caroline, the HEAT was on! Thank you for a fine workout!

This has to be my most favorite workout. I started off with 10kg each thinking 1kg would not make much difference, hell yes, so I changed to 9kg each. The weight was just perfect to really feel it for sure. Thank you again Caroline.

I stop my epic 2 program because its ramadhan month, and i have to fasting in this month. I think epic heat will be easier than epic 2. Well in some point yes, but it still tough. But i am good to go.
