BURPEE BONANZA HIIT Workout / No Equipment - EPIC Heat - Day 5 - Caroline Girvan

Why do we love burpees so much? A full body movement, help build muscle and endurance, improve overall athleticism, coordination, balance, and such much variation that they can be what you like! The more you practice, the better you become at them! Burpees can be performed in many different ways and utilised for different purposes such as increasing strength or endurance. Burpees have always been one of my favourites! I know that you will finish this workout hopefully liking them even more! There are low impact alternatives throughout this workout. Remember to change any movement to suit you! For this high intensity session you will need for this fun session is a bottle of water handy, your mat and a lot of energy! The timer will be on for 30 seconds of work, 15 seconds to get ready for next exercise! Each exercise such as push ups, will be followed by the burpee version of that movement so in this case it would be push up burpees! Approximately every 5th exercise will be a 30 second blast of hand to floor burpees! PUSH UPS PUSH UP BURPEES TRAVELLING MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS TRAVELLING MOUNT CLIMBER BURPEE BURPEES! SQUAT WALK LATERAL SQUAT WALK LATERAL BURPEES SQUAT, LUNGE, LUNGE JUMPS SQUAT, LUNGE, LUNGE JUMPS BURPEES BURPEES! TRICEP PUSH UPS TRICEP PUSH UP BURPEES SHOULDER TAPS SHOULDER TAP X10 BURPEES BURPEES! PLANK TO TUCK X 2 PLANK TO TUCK BURPEES ALTERNATING KICK THRU KICK THRU BURPEES BURPEES! SCORPIO PUSH UPS X2 TAP SCORPIO PUSH UP BURPEES PLANK LADDER JACKS PLANK LADDER JACK BURPEE BURPEES! STEP BACK TO PUSH UP STEP BACK TO PUSH UP BURPEE ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS ALTERNATING LUNGE JUMPS BURPEES HAND TO FOOT REACH HAND TO FOOT REACH BURPEES WALK OUT TO PUSH UP WALK OUT TO PUSH UP BURPEES! CROUCH ON TOES TO EXPLODE UP CROUCH BURPEES HIGH KNEES x 10 HIGH KNEES BURPEE BURPEES! Have fun! So long as it-s challenging you, you are smashing it! Let-s beat these burpees! There will be a suggested add on however this is definitely not compulsory. If you make these 30 minutes super intense and focused on pushing it, these 30 minutes are enough!

I keep avoiding this until today. It was hard -. I love and hate the exercise variations. I've been feeling heavy today since my last workout was on Tuesday and I had two classes so I didn't really feel on working out but I promise to finish this so I did. Nevertheless, I still push through! Thanks Caroline! I've planned to workout 5x a week again this week all I need was to plan and stick my schedule ahead. Manage to do 10 burpees at the finisher as I feel much stronger there. - during staple exercise I do 4 burpees but in the finisher I did 10. It feels like something has been into me. Kidding. Thanks for this Caroline!

I-m doing Epic Heat again after finishing Epic Endgame. When I started working out with Caroline last year, I could barely do a push-up, and burpee HIIT workouts were really just me gasping on the floor. But today I did this workout and actually kept up with Caroline (sort of! Caroline has a special gift and I am so grateful I found her when I did. I-m turning 40 this year and I-m in the best shape I-ve been in since I was a teenager playing soccer.

So this was an absolute ripper and I was NOT ready, but that being said; I really enjoyed this. You know, now that I've stretched and my body is no longer burning, adn as the fatigue starts to set in, I am grateful to Caroline for her unique approach to exercise and I am proud of myself for having finished.

Completed Epic Heat - day 4 this morning, was a little stressed at work so thought I would complete this lunchtime to relieve it. Super workout, I loved the combination exercises. Modified the squat walk lateral burpees as limited on space, more like big step lateral burpee. May complete this again tomorrow as it would be my day 5. Thank you Caroline

Did this work this morning. All I have to say after doing her workouts for a week now is -She is crazy! - I guess I'm crazy too since I keep coming back to workout with her every morning lately. She's good at getting me to push myself to limits I never would have on my own.

My facial sweat has covered my eyes. I cannot see anything, my world has gone sweaty. This was by far the most exhausting and challenging workout but who didn-t give up? Yeah that-s me - super thankful to Caroline Ma-am -

Unfortunately I wasnt able to finish this workout today. However, I am going to try and come back here in 2-3 weeks! Can someone reply to me here in case I will forget? I want to challenge myself once I am ready!

I missed this workout week 1 and finally made it up during week 6. Six weeks into this program and this workout still left me feeling like a failure. I can't imagine doing this during week 1.

Completed Heat day 6 lunchtime and then repeated day 5. Put my own twist on it, wore weighted vest 6LB, 2. 2kg throughout. For the burpee staple lifted 20kg sandbag. Thank you Caroline

Not even half way through was the first time I had the thought -so- this is how I die-. I had it several more times. BUT! When I finished I felt so proud! Now to shower- maybe twice
