The shoulders, chest, back and arms all working along with the core to make this a demanding bodyweight workout indeed! The entire upper body will be challenged with bodyweight exercises in a superset format! All you will need for this upper body workout is your mat, a yoga block/thick book and a chair for decline push ups and dips! The timer will be on for 45 seconds of an exercise followed immediately by another exercise for 45 seconds to make each superset! Between each superset is 30 seconds rest! Each superset will be performed for 2 sets in total! DECLINE PUSH UPS DIPS UNEVEN PUSH UP TO SIDE PLANK SIDE PLANK LIFT UNEVEN PUSH UP TO SIDE PLANK SIDE PLANK LIFT PLANK SAW PLANK WALK IN SCAPULAR PUSH UP REAR DELT RAISE (palms facing feet) WIDE PUSH UPS REVERSE SNOW ANGEL X1 SLOW DIP X1 SLOW PUSH UP PIKE PUSH UPS DIVER PUSH UPS DIAMOND PUSH UPS COBRA DIAMOND PUSH UPS Finisher: 30 seconds each! 6 exercises in total! Prone lying combinations to target the upper and middle back and rear delts! I am sure you can tell I absolutely loved this workout! This is me in my element! Very challenging but we love the challenge!

I absolutely LOVED this one, even though i couldn't completely finish it, i had to take a 2 minute break instead of doing the pike push ups and diver push ups, bc my arms just couldn't do anything anymore. I say i love it because i prefer doing these slow paced workouts that focus more on doing the exercise the RIGHT way; during HIIT workouts i'm always afraid to hurt myself, or fall, and i usually don't feel like i'm doing the exercise well enough for it to be efficient. The fact that i couldn't finish this workout (even with making some exercises easier, makes me even more determined to be able to finish this workout. Will be doing this one a couple of times a week, i'll update if i'm ever able to finish it!

Whenever I want to do bodyweight upper body workouts, most of them are focused on pulsing and -burning fat- in those areas. They all require speed and constant work to give you the intensity of weight training. Not Caroline's! I can always go at my own pace and see how far I've come (eg: how many push ups I did in that set) and it doesn't have to compare to how many Caroline does in the video. I'm really enjoying this calisthenics series!

My arms are burning but it feels so good! Couldn-t make the gym today so did this instead, but honestly preferred how much deeper each exercise seemed to target my muscles. Will definitely be incorporating some of this workout-s exercises into my own sessions, thank you!

I went into this thinking this was abs primarily with some arms thrown in-. thought maybe I-d use it for my active rest day. 30% of the way in my trips were burning and my arms were trembling from fingertips to armpits, lol. Guess I will make my rest day tomorrow!

Absolutely fantastic this. I did a heavy kettlebell session yesterday (16kg & 20kg) and I can honestly say with pushing myself this was actually more demanding. Bodyweight can really get results with a session this well constructed. Thank you Caroline xx

Body-weight upper body just kills me! My triceps are very weak and this workout was tough for me. I love the smiles and encouragement throughout the workout!
