Intense no jumping EMOM high intensity workout. Every Minute On the Minute! Full body workout! High intensity! No jumping! Heart rate up! Burn energy! EMOM; the faster you work, the more rest you have! All you will need is a mat and a bottle of water! Basically, a series of exercises and reps are performed with good pace and form within 1 minute period before the beeper goes and you do it again. Each combination of exercises and their reps are performed for 10 sets. You hopefully should be having at LEAST 10-15 seconds rest before the beeper goes for the minute gone. I would advise you to look at the exercises below so you know roughly what is coming up and the quantity. PLEASE REDUCE QTY OF REPS (as detailed in brackets below and also in pink on screen during the workout) IF YOU ARE NOT GAINING SUFFICIENT REST BETWEEN NEXT SET! It is important to know when to reduce the reps due to limited rest or form being affected during this full body high intensity session! NOTE: -- Perform flutter kicks with legs higher if needed. -- Hollow to crunch can be altered to v sit to crunch if preferred. 20 x FLUTTER KICKS 10 x HOLLOW TO CRUNCH (5) 10 x SIT UPS (5) 10 x 1/2 REP LUNGES 10 x 1/2 REP LUNGES 10 x SUMO PULSES 10 x SUMO SQUATS (5) 10 x CLOSE STANCE SQUATS (5) 10 x PUSH UPS (5) 10 x PIKE PUSH UPS 10 x TRICEP PUSH UPS (5) Try to think about next movement so you can move quickly into it to save time! Try to remember once you have completed 5 sets, you are half way through that section! Ensure you spend at least 5 minutes warming up before beginning

I tried on Friday and thought maybe I was just fatigued from the week-s workout. I tried again today and I can confirm that this was an EPIC fail for me- but I move to day 31 tomorrow, 1 failed workout doesn-t mean that I failed. I am actually doing pretty well on the programme as a whole and I am on my way to completing Epic 1. Thank you Caroline, I am grateful that this program will always be available here for everyone even if they pick it up 2 years later.

I didn-t like this one. Sorry Caroline but I loved all previous. Push ups is one of the hardest exercises for me and doing then for 10 min in a row it was jus too much. So I could hardly do 3 at a time in the second set and thus it wasn-t a HIIT for me as I was hardly moving last 10 minutes. :(

I was so I relieved to see a 30 minute workout, I thought we were getting a break today! Had to stop this workout for a couple minute during both the legs and arms sets- wooooowzzzzaaaaas! Firs time I-ve had to take a break since week one! Best workout series ever! Thanks so much, Caroline!

Congratulations to all who accomplished this! This was definitely one of the most challenging workouts I have come across. I loved how Caroline pushed through with me even though I had to reduce the number of reps. Thank you to the dear community as well for the amazing support!

What just happened? Ok, so I had to reduce reps for most of the workout but I was doing fine and going at a pretty good pace. And then came the push ups. WHAT WAS THAT? Anyone who managed to keep it up until the end, even reducing reps, I salute you! Caroline, you rock girl!

This was wayyy harder than I thought it would be. But Im also not really in hsape to do push ups. I did do the first 5 rounds woth 5 pushups. That feels good But my triceps. I still wonder how I ever did dips weighted with full range and 20 kg. Lol.

Haha a little something I do with ANY pushups because I have a hard time with those is pretend I'm pushing someone I despise, away from me or away from my son and with that I'm able to grunt and give another good pushup -

regular push ups: yeah okay, we can do that
pike push ups: mmm I-m feeling that one a bit more
tricep push ups: I-m not sure you got the facilities for that big man
Seriously, that last third was killer.

Oh god. Just woke up. I'm so beat up. I did this workout around 6 pm last night. It's 7 am and I definitely feel like I did something yesterday - can't wait to today's workout: D

okay, moving forward---the next time I see Caroline with braids, I will scroll to a substitute video from her cause I can't have more -near death- experiences like this one!
