Leg day trisets! Using only our bodyweight as resistance- these 40 minutes will demand so much from your quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves! This calisthenics workout is not easy-but it is fun! Focusing on muscular endurance, increasing strength and a chance to perfect your technique and deepen that range of motion! Leg day let-s do this! For those who are even seasoned lifters and have been lifting for a long period, this bodyweight leg workout might appear easy- it-s not! You-ll love it! All you will need is your body well warmed up, your mat and a chair for Bulgarian lunges! This workout is packed with my favourite movements- Bulgarian lunges, kneeling to squat and rear step lunges! The timer will be on for 45 seconds each exercise, with 30 seconds rest between each triset! We will complete each triset for 2 sets! BULGARIAN LUNGE HOLD - PULSE - FULL RANGE! HEEL ELEVATED SQUATS 1/2 REPS - HOLD- FULL RANGE! LUNGE TO RDL - KNEE TUCK - LUNGE! KNEEL TO SQUAT - SIDE STEP - STAG SQUAT ELEVATED LUNGE 1/2 REP - HOLD - REAR STEP LUNGE! CURTSEY LUNGE - HOLD - CURTSEY TO LUNGE! SQUAT ON TOES 1/2 REPS - HOLD - FULL RANGE! The finisher was complete ---!

Doing a -Calisthenics--week during -epic endgame-, as I am at my parent's home at the moment and they don't have any equipment. I thought this might be close to a break as there are no weights included but this workout was almost even harder than the ones with dumbbells: D Couldn't even finish it all but still loved it and had much fun. :) Can't wait for the other 4 days. I thought of leaving at every single step but also wanted to finish the whole bit to write this comment. HARDEST leg workout, I can feel my legs BURNING and shivering. I was randomly sitting in the evening and I did do a morning workout but haven't done legs and was feeling a bit shabby. Thank youuuu but I am not doing it again --

Pausing and then getting back to it to finish those last little seconds to push your muscle to the limit and then almost dying as you get to the last second. I let out a sound that kinda sounded like Petter from family guy, when he's clutching his knee after getting hurt, except mine only lasted like 3 second then I was back at it-

WHOA! What a workout! I just can't get over it! I don't have access to dumbells right now and this workout was exacly what I needed. I had no idea that bodyweight workout could be such a killer! I am feeling it in all my legs and it got my heart rate really up. Thank you Caroline for this wonderful workout!

Dear Caroline, which workouts/exercises would you recommend to reduce hip dips and saddlebags (if possible, apart from reducing body fat of course.

I wish there were more calisthenics, love weight training but have to rest due to tennis elbow. See what other workout of yours I am able to do. Great workout! Thank you!

Felt it lacked diversity of positions as it was mainly lunges and squats. Might as well called it the lunge workout. I sweated tho but wouldn-t do this one again

When I am doing the workout, I had shout f- words every 5 sec. When I finished the workout I shouted one last f- after that I felt -fantastic-!
