As always beautiful. I love your videos and your tips but this video has me a little confused. You said on one of the tips to start with machines and then your entire workout had to do with free weights. I want to start going to the gym and I was looking forward to a video with a machine workout routine that I could just focus into. Do you think you'll be doing another welcome to the gym video? Or do you have any suggestions for a scared newbie on navigating through that area of the gym?

I just recently got my gym membership and I'm nervous as hell to go back since my health assessment (my coach wrecked me, nearly puked while doing the assessment. lol. I think it's my fault too since I went while I'm on my fasting period since I'm on IF. All the tips you said inspired me more to go back and start again. Aiming for a leaner and stronger self this 2019. Looking forward to more videos from you. Love from Philippines

Omg this is just so inspiring; ----; i honestly want to get started at a gym, I srsly need to put on some muscle, but with school and how busy I am/how I don't have a gym really close to me atm, i can only afford to do home HIIT workouts haha tho i try to do some bodyweight strength training as well >.

I'm about 2 months-ish into going to the gym and I've been forcing myself to wear skin-tight leggings because it's the only thing I see others wear to the gym. I know the tip to dress like you want to seem pretty obvious but I genuinely thought there was no way I could wear good gym clothing that was baggy. Maybe I just have to do more research. Leggings for me just isn't the right thing atm I think

Hey chloee, youre so strong for making all these videos while going through a hard time I really adore your workouts and I do them mostly 4-5 times a week and I can feel how effective they are. I would like it if you made another intense hiit workout because now I repeat the 30 min one so often. Anyways, I love your attitude and your honesty and keep up the good work Hope to hear from you soon

What five exercizes would you recommend for the Abs and what five exercizes would you recommend for HIIT cardio? Would you recommend a plank only routine? Have you ever done Indoor cycling HIIT cardio?

Ahhh I also have the skinny fat body type as well but I only have upper abbs and I havent really for lower abbs so I am not sure if i should not just being your 15 min intense ab workout or if I should be doing a full workout with a 10 min lower ab workout. I would go to the gym but I dont have a job yet and i feel like it would be a waste of money to spend on a gym membership

Can you do a video on how to get lean without adding muscle? I have been in a caloric deficient but i have noticed muscles on my thighs and arms are just getting bigger and bigger and my legs arent that slim anymore dont wanna just quit working out altogeher but dont wanna add more muscle as well.

In my gym the first time you start going they build you a program based on what is your goal (muscles growth, fat lost ect) and the first time they follow you step by step in your entire workout. For newbies I think it's no harm to ask before you sign in if they give this possibility
